I have always had a great experience at Bristol street motors. I brought a car recently and felt looked after in every aspect. Even after coming away from the branch to think about the purchase I felt I was able to phone and ask questions without being pushed and feeling like I am just another sale. The staff at Bristol Street, Worcester have always been extremely friendly and I’ve not a bad word to say about the interactions I have had. The staff very clearly work hard and are good at the jobs they do. I will continue to use Bristol Street and support the fantastic team there.

Mot due. Had it done here last year so had a reminder from them. Contacted their booking line which was easy and quick. Parking can be difficult but staff there to help. Got a videa of the engineer carrying out a check on the vehicle noting the condition of the vehicle brakes, steering, suspension, tyres exhaust system etc which was very reassuring as I don't get under the car much at my age. Staff very pleasant and helpful. To top the experience off the car passed the Mot. 😁

I recently bought a used commercial vehicle from here - a really nice condition Ford Custom Tourneo. I have to say that the service has been exceptional and exceeded my expectations in every way. At one point I thought I had lost the vehicle as someone else had put an online deposit down - but once that sale fell through the guys at Bristol Street Motors were diligent in calling me back and making the sale. Every aspect of the service was super right the viewing, the pre-sale comms, the collection and they were super flexible about trade-in (encouraging me to shop around and get the best price - even if that meant I sold my old car elsewhere). So top marks to Bristol Street Motors! It is a long time since I've bought a new or used vehicle from a main dealer but this was a very refreshing experience . I'm no looking forward to a great ongoing relationship through the next few years ownership and, more than likely, we'll be back when we need replacement

Fantastic service! I recently sold my car to these guys, they gave me a really good price and it was no hassle getting it all sorted. They collected the car over 200 miles round trip and I received the money same day. Then I had forgotten about my sunglasses which I left in the compartment In the roof lining, I contacted them and they found them and are sending them back to me recorded at no cost. We pre booked an appointment with Andy Russell to have a look at a vehicle we had seen online. Upon arrival Andy greeted us in a professional and friendly manor. Andy showed us around the vehicle and answered any questions we had, we then took the car on a test drive. When we got back to the showroom we had a good chat about the car, finance and the next steps, NO pressure was felt at any time while dealing with Andy. He explained every optional extra and went above and beyond his remit for me. I literally cannot fault the service we have received, I drove away feeling confident and secure in my new car. The original 3 stars was based on my visit on the 13th November. BSM Asked " Why only 3 stars ? " I was awaiting completion before writing a review. Halford's pointed me in the direction of Bristol Street Motors, because the window screen wipers on my 'bog standard car ', were special . The staff in the parts department of BSM were excellent, very helpful . " I'll phone you in 1 hour, and you can collect them". ( I did tell them they were special ). After 1 and half hours I phoned..." Sorry they sent the wrong ones, can you give us another hour. ? ".... " No, I'll collect them tomorrow " .. was my response. Saturday, the next day, I collected the new wipers and took them home. Only to find they were the wrong ones. The parts department was now closed. On the Monday I drove back to BSM , to return the 'wrong ones ' , but only after I'd phoned to order the correct ones and ask them to fit them. " Yes that's fine come in and we'll do that while you wait, and if you want we'll do a winter check and wash your car ". At an extra cost. I arrived with photos of the blades they needed to order. Sat and waited.. and waited.. " Sorry they've again sent the wrong ones , can we reschedule?"..... So today, 10 days later the correct wipers are fitted. The car also had it's winter check etc etc. The 3 stars I think on the whole should stay as they are. The Staff earned them . I did ask for a discount for the considerable inconvenience I thought I had been put through, which I thought I had experienced. The most charming member of staff laughed and changed the subject. Would the number of stars had increased if the inconvenience been acknowledged.. ??????

Having decided to update my Mondeo (bought from Bristol Street some time ago) and having had a good experience when buying it I returned to the Worcester branch to see what was on offer. I met with Peter who was so helpful and explained things thoroughly and we decided a Focus was the car for me. Peter showed me several cars including a year old model which seemed to be just what I wanted and within my price range. The paperwork was completed quickly and efficiently and I picked up my Focus a few days later, I love the car and have had several conversations with Peter who has stayed in touch to make sure I am happy with everything, which is a nice touch. Just a couple of things which could be better. The steering wheel is not in line when the front wheels are straight (just a bit annoying but being sorted next week). Perhaps that should have been spotted. It seems strange that floor mats are not included when you buy a car from Bristol Street. I had to buy a set from them, cost £40, so it would cost them only a few quid to include these. Apart from this I am very happy with the car and the advice and help from Peter. I might well upgrade to a new car next year from Bristol Street. Would recommend them for choice of vehicles and brilliant staff.

Brought a used focus st from this dealership only to find that some it had a few issues only 4 days after collection. Spoke to dealer and they collected the car as i live 40 miles from the site. Never got a phone call though the hole buying or repair process had to call my self. The hole buying experience wasnt the best but the service side was very quick to rectify all the problems i had in a very fast mannor and to a good standard. Would like to say that the sevice department was very good and unforchantly was let down by the sales side. would be a 5 star for the service team.

Quick efficient service with a smile. I have since driven my vehicle home to discover the grill in the centre of my dashboard has been cracked and I can't use my climate control as the fan vibrates the floor of the car. I am assuming the windscreen fitter has dropped old sealant down the windscreen vents and it is stuck in the fan. I will be calling in tomorrow!!
