Picked up my new CX-5 Sport yesterday. This is my second car from Edwards Mazda, I previously had a Mazda 3 Sport Black which I've had for 4 years and really enjoyed as our first family car. As always a very happy motorist with both the brand and the overall sales experience from them. Jo, Charlie and Alison have provided me with the best customer experience in terms of a straight forwards, personal and professional purchase process with a highly competitive deal...just how I like it 👌 They really pushed the boundaries on arranging an amazing PCP deal on my cars that suited my budget, absolutely no other dealership in my area could have matched that level of service to my requirements. Despite global supply chain discrepancies under current circumstances around the world, my car was ordered, manufactured in Hiroshima and on my drive within 4 - 5 months. I would definitely, 100% recommend Edwards, providing an excellent level of service and integrity towards their customers that the brand truely deserves.

'This is what we got, if you wan it buy it.' No one was unpleasant but the whole experience of visiting to look at fully electric cars was uninspiring. I am not sure the dealership model as it is will survive the move to all electric vehicles. Having public chargers would be nice.

Can't fault the service I received, had to have rear brake discs and pads fitted, Josh advised when I booked my car in that I could wait while it's being done, I thought it would take around 2 hours, but was all done in just over an hour. I have no negative comments to give. Everyone was knowledgeable and really pleasant to deal with. I tried using Stourbridge Mazda to deal with my warranty and other queries that I had with my new car but it was like nailing blancmange to the wall!!
