My experience with Jacksons was very positive. I purchased the car trusting what Adam has told us about the car, after that I did a full check up with Toyota and got absolutely clear report except the car key battery 🔋 which cost me 5 pounds. I arrived just slightly out of opening hours earlier this week but Adam didn't see it as an issue at all and was very welcoming and more than accommodating. He took time to answer questions I had on a number of cars I had shortlisted. I returned yesterday and we was greeted by Sher whom again was a pleasure to deal with. He wasn't pushy to sell and allowed me to take the car on a test drive and then left me to make a decision. I love my new car 🐼and I have had an excellent deal. I took my Golf R to Jackson’s to trade it in for something better suited for my now upcoming life style and got a Tiguan. The car is in top notch condition and was reasonably priced.. they purposely had it in the show room for me to view out of the rain as I made an appointment to come. There’s loads of space in the building for comfortable waiting. Both guys gave amazing service, Sher one of the gentleman who owns the company was so helpful and knowledgeable. I felt they gave amazing service, it was all so quick, smooth and easy. I traded in my car and left extremely satisfied. I would 10000% recommend Jackson’s to anyone looking for a vehicle, they were amazing and so friendly. Whenever I’m looking to make a new purchase again I’ll be going back here :)

I have just bought my new/used car from this garage. Adam is really nice to deal with and I was able to test drive the car and there was no after pushy selling - just a nice casual chat about the car . Jacksons had a large choice of vehicles within our price range. Opted for a Ford Kuga and part exchanged our old car. More than happy with their trade in valuation for it. The Kuga is very nice, clean tidy and the 4 new tyres was unexpected but most appreciated! Whole buying experience was straight forward and simple. No pushy salesman tactics. Called the morning of purchase to enquire about the car, really friendly over the phone and more than helpful. Following a test drive Sher went through everything and made the purchase really easy. My husband saw the car advertised online and phoned up in the afternoon. He was given really good information on the car which left him confident in sending me (the mrs) in the next day to view and test drive the car making the final decision. I felt very at ease no pressure at all and genuinely felt they had our best interests. I purchased the car and picked it up the following weekend. Everything was ready and all valeted. Excellent service all round. Will definitely be recommending and using again in the future when we may need another car.

I was looking for a reliable Japanese car that was in great condition and would not break the bank. I found it online at Jacksons. I went along to view the vehicle. There was no hard sell. I was left in my own time to look the car over and took it for a test drive. I contacted them the next day where they reserved it for me. They sorted out the road tax when I picked it up. All said and done it was a pleasure to buy a car from them.
