He listened to what we wanted and we could tell he worked hard to find us the car we wanted rather than just any random car. He understood our budget and where we were looking to be, having been told the day before by someone else that it was out of our price range. He knew a lot about the cars and we didn’t have a single question he couldn’t answer. He treated me and my wife really well and took the time to make our baby daughter smile and laugh. The craziest thing for me is I’ve just got back from signing for the car and I’ve noticed he’s a “trainee” salesperson. Either he’s a natural or the training is unbelievable. Bought 3 cars from here and the experience is normally pretty awesome anyway, but this has been the easiest and most enjoyable of them all. Firstly this is a verified purchase! I had the same car for nearly 10 years, so I wanted a decent upgrade. After a poor experience at another Audi dealership (Cheltenham) I decided to take my business elsewhere. I went to Listers VW/Audi in Worcester, and right from step one it was a great experience! I had excellent service from this dealership in dealing with a warranty claim on a golf last year. The car had developed a gear selection fault that required linkage adjustment. The initial response I received from my local dealer, and indeed from VW Uk, was quite unsatisfactory. When VW Worcester became involved, the issue was quickly resolved to my complete satisfaction. Great service from the time we pulled up on the forecourt. Sophie came over to ask if we needed any help, which we did, but we didn't feel under pressure if we didn't need help. We asked to look at a certain car and the keys were brought over promptly and we were offered a test drive. By the time the paperwork had been completed for this the car was out and available. Sophie came with us and explained all the functions on the car, especially as the car was an automatic. She was very knowledgeable about the car. After the test drive we went into the showroom and discussed finance options, but as we needed to discuss these outside the showroom, we were able to put down a deposit to reserve the car for a period of time. We decided to self finance the car and discussed this with Listers, which wasn't a problem. The Finance Team did try and find a better offer for us, but nothing else available. We also had a couple of discussions with the Sales Manager, Alex, who talked to us about the car. We then bought the car and arranged collection. Alex helped us finalise all the paperwork and and was very thorough doing this and she then took us out to the car and made sure we were happy with everything. At no time did we feel pressured into buying, everyone was really friendly and we were offered tea/coffee on every occasion we visited. A great experience and a great car from it too.

We bought a Passat GT estate from here in August, the car has been fine but the drivers seat is wearing. I went in to see them with the car and they were really helpful sorting the issue out for me. We were originally going to buy a Passat from another garage. Unimpressed with the sales person and the way he was handling our sale we canceled the order. Later we talked to one of the managers here who was incredibly helpful, we then proceeded to buy from here and as yet really couldn't be happier. Also worth noting that we bought the fitted floor mats from here, I enquired about the price thinking I'd be buying them cheeper after market, but actually the cost was reasonable and they had them in stock, they fit perfectly and should save my Kidd's ruining out lovely new car. All the staff I've met here have been really helpful, honest and at every opportunity gone out of their way for us, I've also noticed them treating the other customers the same regardless of their requests or attitude (let's face it public facing jobs can give you a short fuse). I couldn't recommend this garage more, when we get rid of my wife's Merc I know where we will go first.

The purchase of the new cars was negotiated with Terry Gorman - Sales Executive - who we found to be a most helpful and friendly person to discuss the various options available without feeling we were being persuaded to buy a car that was not what we wanted. He explained all the options available and gave us what we thought was excellent advice and a very good deal on both cars. He also spent a lot of time with us explaining the technical working of the two cars on the day we picked them up, including the no hands telephones and Satnav. We are very happy with both cars and with the way we were advised about which car to buy and the friendly and helpful way we negotiated the two deals.
