Delighted to share my relief after today's meeting with Richard Wakefield in Worcester. I was well aware that I needed to change my car but I was also very concerned that there were no cars available! In a very relaxed and reassuring meeting, I was able to order a new car and will simply continue payment for my current car until the new car is available. All questions were answered patiently and I came away in a much more confident state of mind. Richard was thorough and careful, not afraid to ask for a colleague, Chris, to check all details before printing out my documents. I look forward to being able to collect my new car!

We recently purchased a used i30 premium from this dealership. We saw this vehicle online and as we live some distance away we contacted the dealership by phone and dealt with a very helpful young man called Luke. He was very amenable and responsive to all of our questions and queries and gave us a full video tour of the vehicle. Such was his knowledge and professionalism, we were happy to purchase the vehicle based on the information Luke provided. When we made the 300 mile round trip to collect the car we were greeted by Luke who took us through all the relevant paperwork and the transaction was seamless. I have recently placed an order with Richard here and after a poor experience with the sales people at another Hyundai garage. This is my second car but my first experience buying a car for myself. I’ve a huge passion for cars so I’ve always attended with family members to see them buy new cars and I can genuinely say I’ve never met a nicer salesman then Richard. He was really polite and friendly over the phone on our first conversation. When I came into the showroom he was a massive help in getting me the deal I wanted for the car and making me feel valued as a customer to them. This is genuinely above and beyond in my opinion and could not recommend the garage and Richard more. And I’m very excited to go back in a few months to collect my car from them.

Very positive experience at Marshall Hyundai Worcester. We were looking for a used car for our daughter. Always find looking for a car a bit daunting as you never know what you're getting but we felt reassured buying from a main dealer. I was looking for a part exchange to upgrade to a slightly larger car. James Chapman at Hyundai- Marshalls Worcester took his time to show me all my options, went through various configurations for financing, showing me numerous cars all with a great deal of patience, consideration to my needs and politeness. At one point he even moved a larger car next to one I was looking at so I could compare the two visually. Nothing was too much trouble and it didn’t matter that my budget was small, I came away feeling valued and satisfied with my purchase. On the negative side the showroom was far too bright, the sun streaming in, although nice, made it really hot, was giving me a headache and I had to resort to wearing sunglasses inside which made me feel ridiculous. For the customers comfort (and for the staff having to work in these conditions daily) blinds would be a good idea.

I had previously browsed the website so I already had two specific cars in mind. I had made an appointment with Richard Wakefield one of the sales team. He was friendly and well presented. He immediately put me and my wife at ease as there was none of the hard selling techniques that you see at other garages. I popped in on Wednesday with my dad to test drive a used Hyundai i30N and was almost instantly approached by a very polite salesman named Luke. Given the fact it was a very hot day he offered us both bottles of water as we sat down to talk and listened to all of the requirements for the car. After chatting for a little while he offered for me to test drive the car I was interested in and within 5 minutes the car was out front ready for me to test. After the test drive he was very nice to us and helped out with getting some finance figures. We explained that we weren't going to be able to buy anything for a little while as I am waiting for my current car to sell but this didn't stop him being helpful at all. Before we left we exchanged contact details and he is going to keep up updated on the car in case it sells before my car does and let us know if anything else comes into stock. Ever since Hyundai announced the launch of the Ioniq 5 I registered my interest and to test drive the vehicle when available. Richard called me the day they had their first demonstrator and set up test drive that same day. After testing the vehicle and talking to Richard, we placed our order for the vehicle the same day, in the colour and model we wanted. Unfortunately the delivery of our vehicle was delayed by a week until the second week of September, which created a problem as we had sold our existing car to coincide with the delivery of the Ioniq. May I first of all express my thanks to Pearl Dixon who assisted me in my purchase from point of contact via phone ,all the way through to Vehicle familiarisation and hand over of keys,the water and coffee supplied went down a treat, the latter being made by her own fair hands,Top marks to a fine lady and customer service. Half way on a three hour return journey a comfort break was called for.Having now recovered from being bedazzled by my new toy at the branch,I took the opportunity to have a slightly closer look and found the internal valeting to be poor,most bottle storage areas had sticky rings in them along with sticky mark's in surrounding area, the centre cup holder's weren't much better, there was an accumulation of crumbs and crud down the side of both front seats, worst of all was the discovery of a large stain on the front edge and buttock area of the drivers seat which now showed itself in direct sunlight. Now starting to look with my eyes wide open, discovered all four tyre valve caps were missing, pressure checks, caps not put back, As they say ,It's in the detail, I feel this did tarnish my experience but will consider upgrading with them in a few years.

I recently had some body work carried out under the Hyundai Warranty at this garage and I was very pleased with the service I received, despite not originally purchasing my car from these guys a year ago. I also asked if my handbrake could be sorted as when engaged it didn't fully hold the car on any inclines and they attended to this for me without any charge despite this not being covered under the warranty. I know that when I dropped the car off with them for the body work that there was also a "low tyre pressure light" indicator on on the dashboard and when my car was returned to me I assume they must have done my tyre pressures as the light was off.
