I bought a BMW from these guys and all I can say is fantastic professional service ! I wish I’d found them years ago. My car is excellent! I didn’t have to sit there listening to sales spiel for hours and hours like you do in a main dealership. Any questions I had were answered promptly and the finance company were easy to deal with and fast. All in all a 10/10 experience.

Brilliant car: brilliant service from this specialist dealer. This is the second car I have bought from Mini Direct and I now wouldn't go anywhere else. They had the patience of Job with all my numerous questions and concerns, Rupert was very knowledgeable over every detail (lovely dry sense of humour) and the car was immaculate when I came to pick it up. I got a very fair price for the car I was trading in (and which I had originally bought from them) and although I didn't take the finance deal in the end, that too seemed very fair. And I absolutely LOVE my car....drives superbly. Very happy.

Fantastic service throughout. The team were always available for a call or text to answer any query. The car was brought to me for a test drive (several hours away) at no charge and later delivered when I decided to purchase. The car was fitted with £1000 of extras at my request including dual controls, all done very quickly and without any fuss. The car was also immaculate and delivered with Covid safe measures. I’ll be back in a few years when I look to upgrade.

Excellent efficient service throughout. Contacted Mini Direct late Friday afternoon enquiring about a beautiful mini not expecting a reply same day. I got an email that night, called Saturday morning and arranged to view and test drive on the same day (contactless). Was given a fair price for my part ex and assured that any cosmetic damage to the Mini would be rectified before collection on Tuesday. Yesterday (Tuesday) I collected my new (to me) mini and I love it! Arrived at the garage and checked over the car, all paint chips gone and car looked immaculate. Steve took the time to talk me through the controls, buttons and lights, having never owned a mini before and supported me to tax the car before I left. I purchased a Mini Paceman from Mini Direct. I have to say the customer service was exceptional. The transaction was straight forward and quick; really convenient. I travelled from Yorkshire to collect the car. I asked a lot of questions to ensure it wasn't a wasted journey. When I arrived, it was exactly as described. Great condition. When driving the car home, I noticed a chip on the windscreen. I contacted Ady at Mini Direct and he arranged for it to be repaired at no extra cost.
