Great access from major roads and appears as an oasis in largely natural surroundings. Parking looks good and the cars on sale appear of good quality. The outside of the building appears newly painted and litter is not visible on the site. The brand logo stands out and the cars are strategically parked to show them in their best light. Only criticism is proximity of brand name from entrance which could make the business stand out more from the street if a sign was put up closer to either entrance.

After seeing Mini Cooper advetised online, checked reviews of dealer and decided to go look. Salesman Kingsley was very Helpful and offered good P X deal on our car. On collection of new vehicle, we were impressed by the professionalism of all the salespeople especially Sacha. All of our queries regarding the car were addressed . I bought a car from RCS 3 months ago and I can only complement Kingsley and his team. I felt valued as a customer and Kingsley made the sale as smooth as possible. A true test of a used car dealer is how they deal with customers when problems arise after purchasing the car. A few weeks after buying the car there was a minor mechanical fault. True to his word, Kingsley got his team to sort the problem and it was resolved. I would happily recommend RCS.

I cannot recommend this company enough. Dealt with a problematic car without preamble or procrastination. In fact after investigating the fault and not being able to get to the bottom of it they refunded us - without moaning! It was unfortunate as the car was ideal for our son but there is no way RCS could have known about the issue before selling. In fact our son still needs a car of course so we will wait until RCS have something suitable as they are so honest and reliable why risk going elsewhere, the best ever experience with a garage I've ever had. Five stars are not enough!

Excellent service from the chaps at RCS, Kingsley kept me in the loop about a particular model I was after and wasn't pushy when it came to the sale. Within two months I had to call the garage out because I couldn't get the car started, and a toe truck pulled up outside my house within only half an hour (I had stupidly left the interior light on and ran the battery flat!). Only losing a star because it would have been nice to have a bit more than 1 bar of fuel (half a tank would've been good. Would definitely use RCS again.

I and my family have bought over a dozen cars from RCS Worcester in the last 3 years. The whole sales team from the boss Chris, Tash, Jim and Kingsley give a great service when part exchanging vehicles or a straight purchase. Nothing is too much trouble and if ever there are any issues they always do their best for you. The fact that seven members of one family purchased cars from RCS should be testament itself. Too add to that we live 40 miles away in South Shropshire. I certainly wouldn’t go anywhere else.
