Vehicle booked in for a "while you wait" service - oil and filter change only (Noon on 7th July).
On arrival, I was 10 minutes early, keys handed over and was advised Annabel would be my service receptionist.
At 12:40 my car appeared at the front of the showroom - as I could see it from the seating area. Hopeful the car had been done quickly, however this was not to be the case. At this point the car was left open (as the mirrors did not auto fold). Why was my car moved, not clear to me (as I had parked in a correct space)
At 12:44 a guy arrived at my car, placed a seat protector on the seat and moved the car (into the workshop I assume). Hence seems the previous guy who moved the car previous did not use a seat protector.
At 2:30pm was handed the keys / paperwork and told all was fine.
Overall the experience was a little poor / average:
1. For such a simple service shouldn't take 2.5 hours - with no interim updates or info.
2. Big point made on arrival about my service receptionist and her name (Annabel?) - never saw her, she never spoke to me, keys were handed back to me by a male - so struggled to see the point of that. She did write a polite note on the paperwork thanking me for using the dealer with my beautiful car (her words) and would I give her 5 stars.
3. Car was given wash / vacuum - this was the "worst" I have ever received from a dealer ie the boot / loadspace are was not done and the floor mats not removed (as there was still debris at the side and under the mat. For me better not to be done, than not done fully.
Another point which, personally, I found not "class" was the arrival of takeway food via the main showroom doors. For sure the workshop guys need to take lunch but surely it should arrive direct to the workshop, not dropped off at reception who then call the guys in the workshop to collect

Thea provided a great professional service that I was very happy with. She even gave me some biscuits with my coffee!
The diagnostics were a bit expensive, otherwise I feel a good job was done.
The only let down was that my car had streaks all over it where they had not dried the car properly after washing it and there were the odd dirt patches still visible on the car. Also, the tyres weren't dressed as I had been hoping for - a service i've always received from other garages. It took me 20 minutes to wipe the streaks and dirt off the car on receiving the vehicle back.
This would have been a 5* review had it not been for the above.
14 May 22 - I have just amended to a well-deserved 5* review following my subsequent visit. Simon Mumford and his team did an amazing job on my car - well appreciated!

Dale Richie was superb throughout my buying experience at Rybrook. He made me feel welcome and gave me everything I needed. I got a good deal on my part-exchange and the car I bought is in mint condition, with impeccable quality checks. Dale's manager, Maxwell was also great to deal with.
Dale is a very professional guy, very personable and a pleasure to deal with. I had a small after-sales query, which was resolved the same day to my satisfaction.

Buying a new car is a pleasant experience but I really wasn't expecting to so well looked after by the team at Rybrook Worcester BMW. Congratulations to whoever is in charge of the sales team because I was treated so very well. Jason Sanders was the salesman that discussed my requirements and processed my order. He was kind, attentive, polite, knowledgeable and efficient. He kept me fully informed about the progress of my car which actually arrived 2 months ahead of schedule. He appeared to take a genuine interest in me and my specific needs and i really could not have asked for more. Whenever I contacted Rybrook the telephone staff were also always incredibly courteous, cheerful, kind and efficient. Unfortunately Jason could not be available to hand the car over to me but James Sadler stepped into the breech and was every bit as kind, helpful, polite and thorough as Jason. James obviously felt frustrated that because of Covid-19 restrictions, he was unable to sit in the car with me and demonstrate all the functions. Nevertheless he was extremely attentive and patient. He stood outside the car and talked me through everything in a clear, helpful and logical manner. I felt immediately confident that I had a sound understanding of the vehicle. Subsequently James sent me a link to all the BMW 3 series "How to.." videos which I have been able to refer back to. To be honest I am completely overwhelmed and bowled over by the way in which i have been looked after by Jason, James and the rest of the team. I would strongly recommend that anyone looking to buy a BMW should make contact with Jason or James at Rybrook because my experience with them was absolutely first class and i say that as someone who is by nature somewhat cynical and difficult to please.

First time I have ever brought a car without seeing it in the flesh, due to covid 19 and a national lockdown I was unable to view the car. Sam Tompkins contacted me very quickly after my initial enquiry on an approved used car. Sam made the process very simple, easy and relaxed. One of the best car dealerships of any marque that I've ever been to and I've seen a few. Walk through the door and the attentive receptionists will ask what you want then ply you with refreshments while they extract the relevant rep for wherever he/she may be. I'd like to share my experience of purchasing my new car for others who are looking to buy.
As a customer, I always believe in providing feedback regarding my experience good, bad or suggested areas for improvement.
I welcome Jordan and his colleagues’ approach in particular Keiran who takes time to fully explain things. I have a background of 34 years as a professional engineer in power generation with an interest in cars and we've had a few “in-depth” discussions and shared views of BMW cars and other brands. Over the years I've visited many different car brand dealerships and it's sad to say have witnessed lesser approaches and have wondered what the not so mechanically minded person might be being led to believe.
Living some 65 miles from Rybrook Worcester, why did I choose Rybrook instead of my local dealer? Without going into detail, I have recently had the opposite experience and have given feedback accordingly.
It’s quite a rare and privileged occasion for me to be able to buy a new car. In all a superb experience from beginning to end of which the Rybrook team made 5th October, the day of handover, a special one-off day for my wife and I.
I look forward to visiting Rybrook for my ongoing servicing needs and aftercare.

I put my 3 series in for a recall and asked them to check the horn because it had stopped working. I was told that I’d need to 2 new ‘horns’ at a total cost of over £200. However, after fitting the new horns I was told that I’d need another expensive electrical part as the new horns hadn’t fixed the issue. I was left wondering how I was going to afford this, but resigned to the fact that I had no choice as it is an MOT failure.
UPDATE: I received a call from the Rybrook service department telling me that, due to the fact I'd already paid for the horn to be fixed (unsuccessfully), they'd spoken to BMW and agreed to cover the cost between them. This is a very generous offer that I didn't expect, and have gratefully accepted. That is truly 5 STAR service.
