I was fortunate to meet Natalie Bryant a few months back when my wife and I had a test drive in a Used Peugeot 3008. We were not successful on this occasion but agreed to monitor her stock movement over the summer. Two weeks ago I called Natalie to check on stock and gave her the specification of our needs. She quickly replied and sent me details and videos of two vehicles which she felt met our requirements. A first class service. We arranged a test drive and discussed the merits of both vehicles. Natalie is a forthright and honest individual and pointed out the merits of each vehicle as to what would and what wouldn’t suit us. She is a business person but her customers needs are important for a lasting relationship. A deal was struck and a date set for handover. Natalie has a wonderful, calm personality who ensures that a customer is satisfied entirely what is on offer and will do whatever she can to meet this. We collected our new purchase on the agreed date and all the handover documentation was done swiftly and without fuss. Due to Natalie’s professionalism and personality I am sure we will enjoy a good and long association with Startin Peugeot Worcester.

I was put through to a lady called Natalie Bryant and what a totally refreshing revaluation this lady was. She was engaging, delightful to talk to, positive and totally efficient and was interested in you as a customer. How exceptional to come across someone like this and quite honestly you want her to be the one you do business with.. Started off ok when buying the car though never did work out why 1 salesman done all the paperwork & another done the handover. Check the small print if you buy the Paint protection insurance & Lifeshine protection turns out both weren’t covered on my car due to type of paint on the car. Did get refund though it felt like I should have been grateful that part of car (Still don’t know which part) had been protected with Lifeshine for free. But no certificate or welcome pack were included when collecting the car which should have been. Do not buy the Alloy Wheel protection insurance if offered. The company it is sold through is diabolical. It’s all done through an app on your smartphone who never contact you once you submit a claim via the app so you have to chase them and then takes 2 months to get an appointment for them to repair your alloy wheel and there’s no guarantee that they turn up. Money wasted
