Can't give this company enough credit, after having a bad experience with a diffrent company with my first car I was very apprehensive about buying another car but this company have been flawless thoughout . I had a problem with the clutch within the first week and they solved the problem with no hassle whatsoever and while they was doing that they found another fault with the fan and cooling system they repaired both for me pretty much straight away no hassle whatsoever. Very happy with the service ,if I could give 6 stars I would

I’ve had a very rocky 5 months I bought a black zafira which had so many problems they were brilliant and did a like four like swap but unfortunately I was very unlucky that the new zafira had all the same problems I have been in and out of the garage for months so today we went and did a swap on a different car so fingers crossed this is all good. But I cannot compliment their customer service staff enough Dave has been absolutely brilliant as has mark one of the mechanics which is why I’ve given 4 stars because I cannot fault anything other than the cars which Brian has been good to help solve which was better for me in the long run.

Have had several cars serviced by Blackpole trade and save and been very happy on this occasion unfortunately is not the case. I tried to book online via the website but the dates available didn't suit as MOT was due to expire, so called direct to book no problems and the said they would honour the online prices. Great I thought, the bill arrived and paid. Not checked until I got home. Charged for the MOT should have been free with the service. Front brake pads and discs fitted, charged an extra £117 from online prices. Not happy contacted garage who have apologised and will refund the cost of MOT but only 10% from the brakes. Part of the good garage scheme, thought this was a guarantee for not being ripped off. Feel well and truly ripped off. If only I had been told about them using more expensive parts, would have been happy to wait for the cheaper parts to come in stock. Did sign to take out service plan having second thoughts to cancel now. Very unhappy customer .

Fantastic customer service Bought a focus from this garage at a competitive price, unfortunately a couple of weeks later the oil pressure sensor broke leading to an oil leak that caused damage to the engine. I should stress that this is something that can happen at any time and don't show any indication that they are near to going therefore was not a dodgy sale. I took the car back and all the staff that dealt with me were upfront and honest. The mechanic was easy to talk to and told me exactly what the situation was. They were short staffed at the time because of covid and I could sense they were very busy but they still went out of their was to give a great service. A couple of days later I decided I couldn't put my faith in the car anymore knowing that the engine had potential damage, despite the garage being willing to put the problem right. I asked for a full refund and they fully understood my concerns and were more than willing to refund me. The money went strait back into my account and the sales manager Stacey Williams even carried my clubs that I left in the car across the carpark to the car I was going home in. Stacey was great throughout the whole process. Dave also went the extra mile when the company they use for curtesy cars didn't have any available, he gave me his personal car to use while my car was being looked at. Would definitely deal with this garage again.

I've just bought a car from this dealer and would give 10 stars if I could! Buying a car during lockdown is a bit daunting if truth be told but Stacey the sales manager went above and beyond to make the whole process so easy! She was so friendly and professional and she answered all of my questions really quickly through email correspondence..I received a virtual show around within minutes of my initial enquriry which made me feel like I was stood their looking at the car in person. It was clear that nothing was to much to ask. The car is in an immaculate condition and they gave me a really competitive part ex price for my car as a trade in. I will definitely be recommending this dealer to my family and friends!!!

Bought a Vauxhall Corsa from Ricky. There was an initial issue with the car, but this can happen with used cars, and we judge companies on how issues are resolved. The service we had from Ricky and the garage was exceptional, and totally justified the reason why we chose to buy from them, and not privately. It really mattered to them that we were happy with the car, and instead of excuses, we got an apology and a very fast resolution to the issue. What more can you ask for? My daughter bought a lovely little car from here three weeks ago and we were very happy with the sales and service we received from the guys. Unfortunately she had an engine management light come on after two weeks, we took it back to them and they booked it straight in to the garage for inspection, assuring us everything would be fine. Turns out the timing chain kit needed replacing, they were soon onto the warranty co who approved the repair and now she's back on the road in just five days. Thanks to john the service manager who sorted it for us and kept in constant touch to ensure a speedy resolution. Warranty co excellent and very accommodating. Cheers guys great job.

Great service, great deal, fantastic price and customer service. Charged £129 for MOT and Full Service in place of £264 asked by Hills Ford of Kidderminster. £135 saving not to be sneezed at. Will definitely use them again. Girl on reception was very extremely good natured and helpful. Video I received after the MOT with an overview of the inspection was a very nice touch. Highly recommended!

**update** Had my partners car serviced at the weekend (originally booked online) and they hadn't booked it in from the online booking. So I called and booked it in over the phone. I got my partner to confirm the booking a couple of days before and they had it in for an MOT, so we re-booked for a service. We arrived and they had the wrong name, wrong car and wrong registration, so I expect that the problem that they had with having the wrong fuel filter in was because they had the wrong car booked in. Had really good opinions about this garage but seems to be changing... Had my MOT done at the start of July, and also just had a major service done. Cannot fault Trade and Save, being able to offer me a major service at £169 as opposed to the extortionate price Audi wanted made me skeptics, but the service I’ve received has been second to none. Definitely my go-to garage now and will be sending people over.

Outstanding service! Had a new clutch kit & flywheel fitted to my Toyota rav4 the price was just right and labour was very reasonable. Would definitely use again! On behalf of Mr Taylor thank you.
