R. W.I can not recommend Worcester used car center enough, with Jonathan at the helm. I had been trying for weeks to buy a particular car from another dealer only to be fobbed off and ignored at every attempt of contact. But Jonathan replied to every question, every email, and every request. When I actually took the car for a test drive it was immaculate and Jonathan made every attempt to ensure the car would be 100% before I drove away. When he promised it would be ready early next week, he delivered. Honestly I've never dealt with someone who had made buying a car so easy and straightforward before. I cannot praise this car center enough! Johnathon will ensure you have the best possible experience. I bought the car today and cannot envisage any issues but if there are I'm sure they'd be quick to help
m. m.Appalling service. My wife arranged a purchase before Lockdown. As soon as restrictions were lifted, she got back in touch with the Salesman (Jonathan we believe) to ask if the car was still available. He emailed to say it was, but despite numerous emails over a period of days, in an attempt to book an appointment to view and purchase the car, we never heard back from him!
In this day and age when sadly many businesses are struggling, it is amazing to us that good genuine potential clients like us are being ignored.
We cannot recommend a business that ignores you and will never deal with them again.
P. A.I'm speachless with the service provided (in a positive way). Bought a peugeot 308 and there was a small oil leak, we tought it was just a washer replacement but found out it was also a problem with the turbo (which had to be replaced).
I left the car with John and everything was fixed, on top of that had a full service and MOT tested, and didn't charge a penny for anything.
If I need, I will defenitely buy the next car here and will recommend it to my friends.
John is a good man and won't let you down, trust me.

S. T.Great customer service , friendly and non pressurising salesman. I bought the car, they serviced ,mot'd and taxed it putting on two new tyres and I asked for a new battery to be fitted at no extra cost. Had a small problem with nearside front light being loose, booked it back in a couple of weeks later and they fixed it within 24 hours!
B. C.Renently bought a Seat Leon from them, I could not recommend them enough. They opened the dealership on a Sunday to accommodate me viewing the car. They were up front with the issues the car had (which I had missed) and guaranteed the issues would be fixed on sale.
On collecting the car one issue had re-occurred after being repaired. Dealer could not do enough sending the car to two separate garges to fix the issue (first one was closed). They were willing to delivery the car to me if it couldn't be fixed in a timely fashion and pay my travel costs back home.
Lucky they managed to repair the issue and I was on my way with a guarantee if the problem re-occurred they would pay for the repair. Extremely helpfull even after the money had been exchanged I would highly recommend and I would deal with them again.

D. G.My Father is 82 years of age and trusted this dealership after buying several cars in good faith,
He purchased a Ford Focus cabriolet off them and has had nothing but trouble with it,thus cost around £2000 to put right.
Being fed up of the car he decided to part exchange the focus, He agreed on a price and once my father got all relevant work done to the focus an agreed deal was done for a VW Passat at top money providing they would spray the nearside scratch on the Passat.
Since 2 months has gone by,, this dealer refused to buy the Focus back at the agreed price and has not yet done the scratch on the Passat.
They maybe a good dealer some of the time but not all the time!!
G. S.Recently bought a Subaru Impreza from here, first impressions was great, staff are friendly and helpful etc. It was not until after I’d purchased it problems started to arise.
First of all the car had a major safety recall from the manufacturer! (Front passenger airbag faulty) this was recalled prior to the sale this should definitely had been repaired beforehand!
Secondly the car was registered to the wrong address so I never received the V5. guy on the phone was rather unhelpful about this trying to blame me for giving the wrong address (he copied my address from my drivers licence)
Lastly ignore what they say about getting bank loans instead of financing with them it’s not cheaper. at least it wasn’t in my case. Very high interest, they just want their money in their account instead of held by a finance company
So after numerous phone calls arranging the recall, driving almost an hour to my nearest Subaru dealer, they kept the car for a whole day to undertake the repair and applying to re register my car to receive the V5 document I’m finally sorted.
What a waste of my time that was.
My advice, check, check and check again, and don’t trust anyone!

T. R.Wanted a cheap and cheerful runaround whilst shopping for a new car, and i found Worc.Used Cars Ltd on eBay advertising a sub 1k Renault Megane Scenic with only 79k miles. (massively different to the £1500 plus 100000 miler `bargains` of their competitors)
Totally without transport and in a fix i then, believe it or not , based on the description and services offered by the company bought the car `sight unseen` over the phone. I`m a realistic kind of bloke and honestly just expected a `bit of a scruff` that would get me about for a couple of weeks.
The car has turned out to be a beaut, - clean, hi spec, all working, and as described driving straight true and very quietly and comfortably (and its bloody quick too)
No faults at all ? at this price dont be bloody silly - slight exhaust chuff (openly pointed out to me) Quirky central lock position on one key fob (also fully described before sale)
The icing on the cake was the friendly contact and service i got, - the car was personally delivered to me within 2 hours of purchase.
You`ve probably already gathered that i`m quite pleased with the car......and that i`d recommend these guys any day of the week.

C. F.Great experience. Bought an Astra from them for less then £1000 early last year and its still plodding along. Had a slight issue with a rattling and i assumed to the worse. Took it down to them and was surprised to have them tell me to leave it with them. 3 hours later, i get a phone call, problem fixed when would i like to collect it?
What i think i liked most about the salesmen there is that they seem to be really relaxed and aren't pushing or pressuring you and you can make a decision in your own time. Seems like a family owned business, I was a bit unsure walking down onto their pitch because it seemed a little out the way, but it turned out to be ok and the offices were really nice. Seems like they've put alot of working into making it nice for customers.
Will defo buy from them again.
