*update* 9/6/22* Just popped in again due to a broken clip and straight away did it and cleaned my car! Thank you again so much for such friendly service and always being reliable. I really appreciate it! Just serviced my car here, Mike was amazing, kept me updated and was very good at handling a late courtesy car, which I now want to get as it was such a good car and surprised me as I love 4x4s but for a small car it was a dream. Liam ( I think his name was) was also lovely dropping the car to me and was great customer service and a credit just as much as Mike. Even met the owner who was just as lovely as his team. Thank you so much for your service, you gave me trust that my car was in safe hands and that your customer service that puts so many other places to shame. Thank you again so much, and look forward to many years coming back to you!

Quite possibly the best customer service I have experienced in an industry where this is not usually the norm. I had the pleasure of dealing with very knowledgeable helpful staff (Mike) who gave me clear information regarding a service and MOT and provided me a quote. The work came in on price and on time. The car appeared to be properly serviced by competent technicians and returned in a clean and tidy condition. I would thoroughly recommend Anca to anyone who is feeling let down by their own garage and have decided it’s time to change for the better. I also think that Anca garage genuinely want to look after their customers in the hope they will return, I certainly will. I thoroughly recommend this delightful garage.

Me and the wife were looking for a newish car to buy and she’s always had her eye on a Suzuki vitara . So we call the garage and asked for a test drive . The man on the phone said that will be fine and we booked in a test drive. The wife was really impressed with the car . The really nice thing was the man did not pressurise us to purchase the car but just ran through possible ways of paying . I would just like to say that the young man who we spoke to was very polite and helpful. 3 weeks later we purchased a car .

Excellent service from Suzuki Worthing. Brought our Ignis in for it’s yearly service and it couldn’t have gone better. Our car also had a full valet that brought it up to near showroom condition thanks to the dedicated technician who took time to explain to us the process of the work done, he even cleaned the engine! We have been using Honda main dealers for many years and have become disillusioned with poor service, shoddy workmanship and extortionately high bills. Because of this we decided it would be a good idea to try our local garage and have never looked back since. The team at Anca garage are highly skilled, extremely professional, honest and in addition they charge reasonable prices – what higher recommendation can there be? We are now using Anca for both of our cars and have total faith and confidence in everything they do. After recently taking my car to be serviced at Worthing Suzuki, I now understand why they get such great reviews, they really are a fantastic garage that gave a very rare combination of stellar service and value-for-money, and by far the best overall level of service I have received from a garage. I brought my Suzuki Vitara in at end of July for its first service and MOT since I’ve owned it. I mainly dealt with Andy in servicing and he was excellent to deal with, a real credit to your garage - felt like I could trust him from the start, very clear on pricing/availability/what would be covered in the service when I booked on the phone and more importantly for me, I felt like he held very high standards for the actual servicing work which he carried out and took his work seriously. Andy also helped arrange for some paintwork repair which was something I had asked for a quote for, and it is back to ‘as good as new’. There were no unexpected charges (if anything, they overall provided beyond what I expected). All staff I dealt with were friendly, straightforward and professional, and the servicing area was reassuringly busy which I always think is a good sign. It was my first dealings with the garage, and I had chosen them by reading up quite a bit on the online reviews, so had no links to Worthing Suzuki previously. I would have no hesitation in recommending them.

Worthing Suzuki advised me and serviced my car after a very bad experience when purchasing my car from another Suzuki main dealer in South Wales. Worthing Suzuki was professional and made no charge for the additional work that they undertook when they inspected my car. I felt that were genuinely concerned that I had purchased a sub-standard approved Suzuki and I feel reassured enough that I can post a recommendation for their sales and service departments and their overall customer service. Clearly, when buying an approved secondhand Suzuki, not all franchised dealers have the same standards. I was sold a car that should have been traded on, Worthing Suzuki assured me that they would never sell a secondhand approved Suzuki that didn't meet the the Suzuki approved car standard.

I had no trouble with purchasing my nearly new Suzuki back in November, and Mark even said that, should I decide to have it serviced with them, I would be given a free courtesy car as thanks. However now I come to try to arrange said service, I can't get through for love nor money! My calls aren't being answered, nor my messages returned, and I do not want to go through the online booking as, while a courtesy car is not a huge amount of money, it's a gesture I wish to take them up on. This has left a bitter taste in my mouth in what has been an otherwise pleasant experience.

Purcased my Suzuki Swift from Callum at Suzuki Worthing. I was a bit hesitant at first, because the dealership was only open weekdays from 10am to 4pm due to COVID-19. I work fulltime and would have to make the journey from Hertfordshire. Callum went the extra mile and came in specially on a Saturday for me and my wife.
