Nothing but praise for the people at Clarion Cars The purchase of our new car was very straightforward, Tom helped us to take advantage of the Caravan and Motorhome Club's deal to get a free tow bar and electrics. Servicing has been more than reasonable in the two and a half years of ownership and I was given a very generous offer when the time came to sell the car after a change of circumstance. I'd certainly have another SsangYong and wouldn't hesitate to use Clarion Cars again

Definitely a garage you can trust. There have been a few times when I've been told by other garages that my Q7 needs a lot of expensive work However when I've taken it to Clarion for a second opinion, they've often shown me that some of the work is either not needed or can be done more cost effectively. Travelled 40miles to get my car serviced here as they are my nearest dealer and it was well worth it. Great attention to detail which resulted in them organising some warranty work I didn't realise needed doing. Somewhat eclectic mix of courtesy cars. Having had a serious problem with our Korando Sports (purchased elsewhere!), the team at Clarion Cars took it on and went the extra mile to help sort it out. Very helpful and accommodating, and generous use of a courtesy car for a long period. They kept us informed and helped with decision making. Just a shame we live so far away, othewise we'd use them routinely. Service second to none.

I decided that my dream family car was going to be a Ssangyong Rexton and my nearest dealer from Selsey is West Worthing. It was definitely worth the travel because having booked a test drive, Kayla was a delightful sales representative and gave me all the information I needed. After a bit of deliberation (1 day!) Kayla and Tom crunched some numbers and five weeks later, I took delivery and and my goodness, did it look fantastic. More than I'd hoped for and the Grand White just stood out brilliantly! I'd specced the side steps too, which really complement it's lines and helps my kids hop on board! Kayla also helped me, through one of her contacts, to find and have fitted a high spec' dash cam' prior to collection, which is hard wired and very discreet. No wires showing at all and starts running as soon as the engine is started . Also has a parking mode too. Yes I'm extremely happy with Clarion and would say that Kayla and Tom are the 'dream team' !

Friendly and helpful staff. Service waiting area a bit bleak; no coffee making facilities and 10 year old Motorsport magazines! (Doesn't appear female friendly?) Battery change very efficient. I believe they're now Daihatsu agents only.
