I took my new car fiesta home today. I was very nervous being a young woman and buying a car but Tim has really made the whole process from start to finish as smooth as it could be. I never once felt pressured to buy anything, and he was so accommodating of my nerves on the test drives. He took time out of his day to answer my questions and was very patient explaining everything to me. I recently purchased a 2+ year old Ford Fiesta from Dinnages, Worthing, having in past years - 2008 - purchased two brand new cars at the same establishment. On this occasion I was truly amazed to be served by the same car salesman as in 2008, 14 years ago; Mr Ian Walsh! The current transaction was smooth, efficient, courteous and above all laced with a sense of humour. Ian and therefore Dinnages could not have been more helpful in every respect, including the dreaded paperwork and registration documents. The car was delivered in immaculate condition and I am pleased with the purchase. All I can do here is to thank Ian and to say that the company is Highly Recommended by this customer.

After having an issue with our start/stop and a potential battery issue, Dinnages were incredibly helpful. From running battery checks to ensuring our car was fixed as quickly as possible and reasonably priced. We phoned with our issue and were in/out the same week. Although we couldn't get a courtesy car Dinnages arranged a hire car to meet us at the dealership. Great customer service from everyone we spoke to as usual. Friendly and helpful. We wont be going anywhere else and would recommend.

Wow what an experience !! After having a Ford Ranger prior from Dinnages Brighton with Awesome customer care and amazing product it only made sense to carry this on and buy the next model up. We received great service and assistance when purchasing our used Fiesta over the past few weeks. We received a phone call within an hour in response to our online request for a valuation of our car, and from then on the service was superb. Once we had identified a car we liked they took all our details and quickly rang us back with an offer we were very happy with. Then from showing us the car and having excellent knowledge about it, taking us on a drive and explaining what work would be carried out on the car. They kept us regularly updated via email on how it was progressing over the week. When we collected our car it was in excellent condition and the final handover was detailed and efficient. hi all customers and reviewers... firstly I did not want to travel with our ford tourneo custom for its forth service to worthing as we have a Ford dealer a mile away from us but after not welcoming experience with them we decided to look around and so we poped in to worthing FORD Dinnages to ask a few questions not related to services just a couple about our car and its performance and some dpf filter information... firstly we were offered a seat and tea or coffee... gentleman came soon to answer our questions with polite attitude to help us... so we decided to book a service and mot... service went well so did the mot... gentleman rang us after the mot that the car passed and explain the service procedure and if we still want to go ahead with it... I like that... when they finished they rang to confirm it and explain what has been done... came to collect the car and found all the paperwork ready,, everything was explained and the car was washed too... very classy service with five stars... great communication, great knowledge and great satisfaction... thanks everyone who got involved
