Fantastic service from Felbridge Car Company. I have now purchased and sold a car with help from the owner Nathan and would highly recommend the company. Every aspect of my dealings with Nathan and the company have been very professional. I was regularly kept up to date and nothing was too much trouble. A very helpful, reliable and fantastic local company. If only the same could be said for a main dealer!! Very happy customer.

I will start with the dealer; extremely experienced, knows what he's talking about, knows his cars and his way around them. Provides an extremely warm and welcoming service that I have not seen anywhere else. Far better than any main dealer or independent dealer I have visited. He offers a comprehensive warranty from Warranty wise (trusted) with the cars, 6 month by standard, covers pretty much everything non wearable and you can take an extended period off him at an extra fee; I took out two years. He also carries out a service on the car on the day, or the day before purchase to provide that extra piece of mind and ensure that everything is as it should. I purchased a Polo GTI which was in great condition and well looked after (and nice and clean for me to pick up), given a full demo of everything I need to know which was useful. I would consider making my next vehicle purchase from Felbridge Car Company just for the service (whenever that may be) and would highly recommend

I recently bought a car from Felbridge Car Company and wouldn't normally write a review but after receiving such a great service, I felt this lovely used car dealership deserved one. From my initial sales enquiry to taking delivery of my vehicle the service was excellent. There were a couple of issues to be resolved with my vehicle but they were addressed in record time. I am not someone who is easily pleased so I would highly recommend them.
