Well…..OSV were recommended to me and I liked what I read in the reviews. So I contacted them last October 2021 and true enough they made my first journey of car leasing very easy. The staff are all excellent. I did have a very long wait for my car (9 months) but to be fair this was not OSV fault just the delays in the manufacturing (micro chips). OSV did offer me to look at alternative vehicles but I wanted my Puma and it was worth the wait. I would like to thank Tracy in particular for being so understanding and kind to me, always responding to my emails and calls straightaway. Daisy was also very helpful. OSV have a quality team and they are genuinely wanting to give their customers a top class service. So I would recommend them just don’t pick a car that’s going to take ages to build!

I have always dealt with Ben Murphy (who has now moved on) who was always very helpful, experienced and accommodating. The team in the office are always so friendly and welcoming when you call the office, and whoever you speak to there is a high level of customer service. Finance and Admin Coordinator Daisy Tanner dealt with the in-between process of my new Volkswagen Golf 8 being ordered and arriving. It was a perfect present that arrived on Christmas Eve and I am so pleased with it! Daisy was extremely efficient, conscientious and cheerful and kept me in the loop all the way through. She was pleasure to deal with. I would highly recommend OSV and they have real credibility and offer a top service.

There was a problem with the configuration of the fob I went to my local Toyota dealer who wanted to charge me £110 + VAT for a job that took all of 10 minutes. But after 1 phone call to the branch manager by Warren Keech the charge was waived. If you're looking into car finance i'd strongly recommend speaking to Warren at OSV. I'm a bit of a novice, and it was my first time leasing a car. Warren was on hand to answer every question I had (sorry it was a lot!) and made the process very simple. The customer service is second to none, and between Warren and Tracy I received the car in quick time, especially given the restrictions around the pandemic. Also, Warren was able to find a car to suit my needs (we wanted an automatic family car, so went with the Nissan Juke), and my budget. After doing some research myself I wasn't able to find a car anywhere near the price we are paying. Great customer service + excellent value for money = very happy customer!

Having had my lovely car stolen I was a little confused as to the best way forward. I contacted several hire companies however I found the approach of OSV to be very honest and by no way a pushy company. The opposite is more true, I explained to Kerry Holmes of OSV as to what I needed and she was quick to understand my predicament. When she rang me to confirm she had found the car I asked for I confessed that her suggestion was a very good one and I had decided to revert back to this.
