We bought a car from Citroen Worthing, paid in full for the vehicle a year ago. We've been having battery issues with the car from day one. We were not aware of this obviously when we bought it, it was a very small issue as the car was fine other than this... so we had neighbours do a jump start a few times, the car has done it again today, and not overly happy with this as we're now calling out AA again to fix this issue. Such a shame as the car runs well other than this.

Purchasing a car from Worthing Motors was an extremely pleasurable experience, at no point in the process was high pressure sales tactics applied. We had 4 models in mind, but eventually settled for newer higher spec Citroen C3 Aircross. Leigh was great and gave us a really good trade in price against our old C3 Aircross. We picked the car up the next day. Fantastic service l cannot recommend Worthing Motors High enough. Very pleased with the car.

Had a fault develop on my C4 while at the beginning of a long trip north. Managed to get home OK and contacted the service department at 08.05. They told me to bring the vehicle in straight away and they we try their best to have it checked. Phoned me just after 14.00 to say fault put right and car was ready to pick up. Staff could not do enough for me and wanted the vehicle ready for me as quickly as possible. Great service throughout and I would thoroughly recommend Worthing Motors

Went to check out a second hand vehicle. I believe it was the sales manager who looked after us. He was attentive but not pushy. Popped in to look at a car, was given a couple of test drives in different models. The salesman (Alex) was very helpful and knowledgeable but not pushy and I left there with a new car on order. We had to visit the service twice with car under warranty. No problems , very professional and polite attitude. Hopefully i will not have to see them after warranty expires 😁 Additional comment... We sold our 🚗 amd got different brand ....what a massive change in attitude...customer sercice... When ever we had car in service for what ever reason our 🚗 got always washed ans always came back sparkling clean.... And the manager alwaya rang few days after to ask us how are we satisf2 with the work done on our car..... What a outstanding customers service.... We do not get this kind of service with our ford😠

I am now using my 66th car since I first started driving, a Citroen C4 diesel manual. My first visit to Worthing Motors about three years ago was at the behest of a friend who is on his 7th Citroen. Within 20 minutes I had decided to buy a C4 and. once I had obtained spousal approval the order was placed. All the staff were very pleasant and helpful and the place came tops in my long line of car dealers in 60 years of motoring and buying cars. I have bought a further three new cars from them and every time all has gone smoothly. I have had one or two slight problems, popped in and someone has sorted me out immediately.
