Then I came into day to did a test drive on the peugeot 208 which I found very easy to drive, good steering wheel I liked also the dashboard then I discuss what I would be able to afford on finance and set up an agreement monthly plan which is affordable for me
All the staff at the Peugeot Worthing are all very friendly and welcoming.
I would highly recommend them.
B. P.My parents have bought and serviced their vehicles here for years and on a recent trip to visit them, I found myself in need of a service and MOT.
They were able to fit me in within a few days of my initial call and when I arrived, staff were very welcoming, offered tea or coffee, and even gave me some directions to places nearby.
Later in the day, I recieved a text and email with links to a short video of my vehicle, visually showing any issues and talking through things that have been checked. This was followed up by a phone call to ask if I wanted or needed any additional work. This system of authorisation of further works gave me time to look at and decide for myself what I might want, without the pressure of making an immediate decision over the phone.
I picked up my car later the same day to find, despite some mess, the car had been cleaned inside and out. This was a pleasant surprise and I am very grateful to find less crumbs kicking about and the seagulls business from the day before, gone!
All in all, excellent service from all staff, start to finish.

R. F.Follow up after warranty work completed. What great service. Feb 2020 my 3008 developed small suspension knocking noise. Able to get appointment within a few days. Engineer came out on test drive and knew what the problem was straight away. Parts ordered and work done while I waited within a few days...they even washed and vacuumed my car. No charge as it was warranty work. Very nice people to deal with. I have no hesitation in recommending them.
J. L.I’m a first time buyer and didn’t have a clue what I was doing, Keng Chang made it all easy And broke all the different steps down to easy manageable chunks. So I didn’t feel overloaded with information,
Always kept me up to date with what was going on
Never caught the managers name but he was friendly and even thank me for buying from them to which was a nice touch.
Basically all the staff here are superb from the receptionist to they sellers, love my new car and happy with the deal I got.

K. C.I have edited this review from my prior one star rating. The initial sales process was good and I got a good deal. I had an issue on the post sales side, hence my initial review. However, this has now been rectified to my satisfaction with the car being repaired. They even covered my train fare while they had my car and cleaned it for me. They aren't a bad bunch and I think I just got unlucky in regard to the problems I had.

The aa patrolman called the service department who said I could take the car there straightaway although they probably couldn't look at it that day. However they did and ordered the part overnight and the car was fixed and ready to go the next day. F. L.My car done the MOT & service together in month ago, they havent checked probably of the rear washer jet of pipe. The liquid comes out in wrong position as my husband was using on Monday. The gargage checked today and replied me that I need to pay ￡142.50 for the pipe replacement. Before my car doesnt got this problem, sure they make it damaged when serviced. The lady said that the services not including to check in this part. So, its not they done.
As my car bought it from them nearly a year, they said even the warranty not including also.
Won‘t be using them again and not recommend for MOT and service. Since I
trusted them, due to a big company and the salesman very nice.
Finally, they changed the pipe replacement
today and agreed to give us discount. Very pleased! Many thanks!
p. m.I have have been using Yeoman's of Ferring for my car servicing over the last couple of years, and have always been pleased with how helpful and friendly they all are, and nothing ever seems too much trouble, and they even got my car back on the road really quickly after someone had gone into the back of my car near Washington the day before.
I would recommend Yeoman's to anyone who wants a prompt, reliable and professional service.

H.appointment booked for 11.05 am on monday 03rd of august 2020, with my faithfull 406 hdi estate 2.0 litre 19 years old,i was told an hour 15 minutes.absolutely spot on,for a superb price,and also thankful that someone can still work on a vintage car,still running beautifully at 391,500 miles and done 20,000 miles every year since she left the showroom,life remaining i hope to exceed 400,000 miles by christmastime,i thanked everyone for their time with a demanding job that involved removing the steeringwheel to change the switches which i purchased from jim in parts in october 2019,just havent got round to booking the car in untill now and reprogramme the keys,a brilliant job,a brilliant professional service,thanks also to jim in parts who has supplied me with many parts on other vehicles including this one over the years,a sincere thanks again to all at reception and the technicial that worked on the car today...... thankyou ian humphries

They have always matched or got close enough to quotes from local independent garages, to make it a no-brainer to choose them because of the peace of mind thrown in. I can't fault the level of workmanship and the car has always been finished on time and comes back looking like new - no mean feat when you consider the state it goes there in.
