With three car dealers ship in one location this is a fantastic place to visit if you are looking for a new car. They also have an area dedicated to second hand cars with about 50 in stock. So if your looking for something cheaper then it a good place to visit. If your looking for a real bargain car then this is not the place to visit. The cheapest car we found was about 7k.

Had a gear stick problem, they repaired it in 4 days due to being busy. Reception service staff friendly and helpful (in person). Stoneacre don’t appear to answer the phones and calls gets diverted to an answer machine and no one calls you back and no communication to advise the process or put you at your ease: no courtesy cars available. Which was frustrating.

I didn’t know exactly what I wanted but just went for a look, had the pleasure of being seen to by Ryan Balmer who was absolutely lovely he showed me a couple of cars that they had, that he thought was best suited to my current situation some of the cars were a lot less in price then the first one I originally liked driving into the center ( this meant a lot to me as the cars he was showing me where in fact practical to my needs but also that he was not in it for the most money he could get out of me) . I normally hate going car shopping as a female as i do feel as if car sales assistants talk a lot of car terminology that I do not understand but Ryan was terrific explained everything to me in terms I understood and left me too it. What started as a terrible experience, turned in to such an incredible experience thanks to Wayne. Originally served my Karen who was extremely unprofessional, pushy and rude. She didn’t listen to what I wanted, it was clear she just wanted a sale, made me apply for a car over budget and wanted me to drive 2 hours to collect the car myself. When she rang me off her personal mobile and argued down the phone with me was when I decided I wanted to get my deposit back. When I returned to collect my deposit I was greeted by Wayne who was so apologetic and genuinely cared. He gave me the option to take the deposit or to come back and visit him. He listened to everything I asked for and did everything he could to get what I wanted, rather than just a sale. He honestly worked so hard and did everything he could. Extremely professional and made us feel so relaxed. He went through every detail in such depth and left no stone unturned. The whole team even the guys in finance/office were great, I didn’t catch their names unfortunately but I am so glad that I gave them a second change rather than leaving with a bad taste in my mouth. He was very professional, had the patience of a saint and i found him to be really genuine. I don't buy many cars so do get really nervous but Alan didn't make me feel silly and put my nerves at ease, explained everything to me. I always hate going to big chain garages as I know they are known for going in hard on the extras but they were not like that at all (I decided not to opt for any extras - personal choice). They listened to my needs/reasoning and honoured my decision, there was no pressure at all. The transaction was simple and smooth (even with my crazy 4yr old running around). I was even able to drive the car away that day as Alan kindly set everything up for me, again outstanding service. I recently decided on purchasing a new car for the very first time, so decided upon Stoneacre as my first port of call. To say I was pleasantly surprised was an understatement. Due to never purchasing a new car I was slightly apprehensive over the entire process, however my fear was unjustified as the staff at Stoneacre made the entire process straightforward. My salesman Alan Cave was top class, from his obvious knowledge of his field right down to his sense of humour, which put both myself and my partner right at ease. In addition, Alan appeared "genuine" in his approach and certainly does not fit the mould of the stereotypical car salesman. The service was of the highest quality, so much so I drove off the forecourt with a brand new car the very same day. A positive certainly worth mentioning is that the staff at Stoneacre are willing to negotiate with you to reach a mutually beneficial and realistic agreement. I was so happy with the service I received at Stoneacre that I returned a number of weeks later to purchase another new car for my partner Lisa. I was very pleasantly surprised by Stoneacre in Wrexham where I recently bought a used Fiat 500. As an enthusiast and maintainer of older “classic” cars, I generally buy privately, so most of my motor trade contact has has been only with specialists and parts suppliers. My experience at Stoneacre Wrexham was good. I found all the staff to be friendly, helpful and accommodating; even when technical questions re a clutch were tricky to address; and were helpfully neatly resolved by Stoneacre’s service department conducting an additional on-ramp inspection. In addition the parts department were friendly and helpful in providing details of accessories etc associated with the purchased car during and after purchase. My main contact, sales executive Karen was particularly appreciated , as her friendly wit, enthusiasm and resilience were most welcome in the face of my own questions re the car finally purchased. So while living twenty miles away from Stoneacre Wrexham, I am now considering having my recent purchase serviced there.

I visited stone acre on Saturday just to have a look for a new car, I seen an Audi A1 that I was very interested in however didn't want to make a decision that day and said I would come back the next day. Went to Stoneacre on a whim looking for a new car after test driving numerous different makes and models. Approached by Danny who was really friendly and took the time to ask what I was looking for and what I liked from which he recommended a car to look at based on what I had tested and liked. He listened to this as he directed me to the the car I loved most out of all I’d seen! Two trips in and I’ve driven my new car away and am thrilled. The service from both Danny and Jamie aswell when Danny was unavailable was great; just as all the other staff. They were friendly and hospitable throughout and helped us work round our needs and sort a deal to suit us. They also went above and beyond in giving us a courtesy car overnight once we had made our part exchange which we thought was very helpful and a really nice gesture. Did not feel like we were pushed in to the deal even when we found a similar car elsewhere and felt we could have walked away anytime; they made the effort to work with us in getting the car I had test driven and wanted. This was very different to pushy salesmen I’d experienced at other local dealerships and there is nothing worse! I went to Stoneacre Wrexham as my previous car, which I only had a year packed in AGAIN. Feeling very frustrated and worried about day to day living without a car myself and my partner went to look around after view a car online. We were greated by KAREN, who was welcoming and friendly. As she was busy with another client she grabbed CHRIS who was free... We were showed lots of cars with in our budgets and offered to test drive as many as we liked. After deciding which car we liked best... CHRIS made us drinks while the cats got ready for test drives and paper work was completed. We went around in the chosen cars and cane back satisfied which we would like to pick. We were told the financial offers, deposits and packages. We where happy with this and went to see SIMON who dealt with all financial elements of the service. To say the customer service was fantastic is an under statement. Every single member not just the three named made us all feel relaxed reassured and nothing at all was too much trouble. When it came to collect the children from school we were offered to use the car we were purchasing as my previous one was not safe to drive. There is a lot of waiting for The finance companies to come through with the payments.. so a lot of waiting around but there are drinks, toilets, sofas, TVs music to make sure everyone is comfortable. When returning with the children from school, CHRIS, without hesitation offered me a curtesy car instead of waiting around with the children. Amazed by this offered I said yes... insurance was sorted for a whole weekend and we were called Monday afternoon to say the car was ready and money transfer from the finance company. I can’t believe how kind that everyone was and not even charged to use a curtesy car for a whole weekend. I wouldn’t have been able to get to work and back. So I am very thankful. The Kids loved the show rooms and the new cars. So thank you so much again. I will recommend and return again in the future.

What a helpful and dare I say it..... Genuine garage Stoneacre turned out to be. My car went in for an MOT. (Not used this Department before) I’m far from keen on garages, that’s generally down to a pitiful service and feeling ripped off.... and jobs not being done well. Unfortunately, I’ve found this the norm with most garages!! However, boooom!!! Stoneacre is different. I have had an amazing service ... and I’m saying this because things went wrong with my car, it failed it’s MOT, which, I expected to be plain sailing but the emissions got it.. new regs and it was an epic fail. I was kept informed, given options to help try and keep the costs down, which was imperative. Shaun who i dealt with in the main was fantastic. He listened, he understood and he explained; best of all, my car is back on the road. I’m so pleased my car ended up in his hands as I doubt anywhere else would have cared or worked this hard to help me. No 10 star option but I would have given it. Update: 4 months later, this car's ABS sensor and tyre pressure sensors have broken 3x times! The service department have had my car in twice already and "fixed the problem". Despite this, just 4 months after purchasing, this car is useless and i am unable to rely on it for work. Which, as a full time nurse, this is extremely aggrivating. Ive had to take days off work to take my car in for repair, although i may aswell not bother, as they never suceed! I shall be returning tomorrow, yet again, as the cars lights have come back on to show error... again. Paying as much as i do for this car per month, i am beyond heartbroken, and have had requests to take this car back denied. I am now stick paying monthly for a faulty, broken, unreliable car. Went in on Friday looking for a new car, with no idea what I fancied! The salesman Jamie was extremely helpful and when I told him what features I'd like for my new car and what it would be used for. He spent lots of time helping me pick some suitable cars to test drive, and once I'd made my choice he got me the best deal possible for my finance! We bought our car last November from stone acre in Wrexham. From the moment we walked in, we were introduced to Rich, who listened to what we wanted and then provided options from there. They brought a car in for us to look at from another store quite away from here, and we didn't have to pay for this, unlike other companies who charge for this service. We bought the car, and as is generally the way with second hand cars, there's always something that can go wrong, each time we have phoned stoneacre they have got the car back in, no quibbles and sorted out the problem. We were always a customer of Fords in Chester and then Evans Halshaw but, after coming here once, we wouldn't go anywhere else now. They care about you the customer and will do their best by you, and that means a lot.

Service - MOT & excellent spare parts service - 4 year service on Mrs T's Ibiza covered by an EMACs service plan, MOT passed no issues - but special commendation to Parts Manager Sean Haley going a bit above & beyond in my opinion to get a replacement bit of trim colour coded to match the car, internal cost was a bit crazy so suggested to use an onsite mobile sevice - done on the day whilst in for Service & MOT - part fitted already when car was picked up. Lesson here - dont rip folk off - provide a great service & they will come back. As for Sean - top bloke & a credit to Stoneacre - even if he keeps ringing Mrs T...😉.
