I’ve had some issues with the car which you wouldn’t expect after buying from a main dealer.
Just waiting to see how easy they are to solve or if I have to make another 160 mile round trip to get them sorted.

A very professional and reasonably priced affair, so much so we will now be regular customers, but not too often in the nicest way ha ha. I was assisted to purchase an RS6 in March 2022 by Ben Guest, having previously been impressed with his customer service when I purchased an S7 in 2020. He arranged a very competitive offer compared to other dealers and was quick to come back to me. I was kept fully updated even when there were delays in the process. Audi York are quick enough to take your order & money for a brand new car, but when there is an issue they fail to contact & get the problem sorted quickly. I had to keep chasing for sales to contact me.
After the issue we thought was sorted obviously we were wrong. We were told on Tuesday by the sales person a member from their service team would contact me on Wednesday to book my vehicle in. 3 days later I’m still waiting. 2 weeks ago when we picked the car up we asked for a price on a car cover - we’re still waiting. We have bought 3 cars from Audi York in the past, this maybe the last. Not angry, very disappointed. Obviously our repeat customer doesn’t count for anything nowadays.
Further to the issue I had with York Audi:

A loyal Audi owner since the nineteen seventies I was visiting Audi dealers with a view to purchase my twelfth Audi. However, during my search I became disillusioned with the availability of low mileage, high quality vehicles, the standard of vehicle presentation and just generally disappointed with the lack of enthusiasm of some salesmen which is not what I’m used to when dealing with Audi UK.
That was until I visited JCT600 York Audi to see what was on offer. What a pleasant surprise. Despite no appointment, my wife and I were made to feel welcome and within a short space of time we had a bright young salesman ‘Ben Freeman’ to help us achieve the task.
I explained to Ben the kind of vehicle I was interested in, my recent experience with other dealers and my expectations as a long term Audi enthusiast. That afternoon we identified an Audi A6 black edition S line 40TDI, an ex demonstrator which was located at another JCT600 showroom. Following discussion with Cameron Pitt, York’s Showroom Manager, the vehicle was reserved and arrangements made to transport it to York and prepare it for viewing in the next couple of days.
During this time Ben Freeman kept me informed of progress, even on his day off!
This not only demonstrates Bens willingness to go the extra mile to satisfy his customers but also his dedication to deliver exceptional performance for the York Audi Team.
A few days later, we travelled to York to view the Audi A6 and we weren’t disappointed. The vehicle was in excellent condition and during the test drive Ben was eager to explain everything I needed to know to help with my decision. I was extremely impressed with his technical knowledge and his high level people skills.
I had no doubt that Ben and the team at York Audi had done a great job in presenting me with a great car which left me in no doubt but to seal the deal and drive the vehicle away the very same day.
Ben is a great example of how to deliver exceptional customer service and is a credit to the York Audi Team.

My seat belt had been damaged by our pet dog. I contacted "Chris" at York Audi who ordered the said part.
The part arrived and Chris delivered the part to my home. Some 40 miles away. Great service, will recommend York Audi "Chris especially" for going above and beyond.
