1.Arrived at the forecourt to be greeted by Kevin, luckily for us Kevin was the gentleman who would be helping us with our car purchase.
Kevin is a truly lovely guy who never pushed us to buy, he was only interested in what was right for us. Kevin is professional, respectful with a lovely personality. We eventually settled on a car; the process was so simple with Kevin’s help, nothing was too much, even down to a decent cup of coffee if we needed one.
The after sales service is second to none. The air con wasn’t working so not only did Kevin sort this for us but we had use of a courtesy car whilst the mechanics did the job - really unexpected as we turned up out of the blue.
I cannot rate Kevin of Bristol Street Motors highly enough. I will definitely return should I need a newer car like my husband’s.
