D. M.My much loved BMW has had a pretty torrid time of it over the last few years, dogs, grandchildren, trips to the tip, the car wash and general dogsbody duties. It got seriously out of hand and needed some serious work to put it right. Especially as my granddaughter wanted to have it deliver her to her Prom night; she has known it for all of her life and wanted the car to be part of that special night. Fine Details were the first to come back after an initial enquiry with transparent quoting, and their honest approach to the job reassured me. They arrived on the appointed day and frankly did a fantastic job with my 20-year-old car, they were hard at work all the time spent at our home, and the result was extraordinary, like a phoenix rising from the ashes, a new BMW 5 series emerged from under their ministrations. I am very impressed by their work ethic and can-do attitude, honesty and humour, I will most certainly ask them to do other cars, and the BM is already looking forward to another session with Fine Details.

A. A.I contacted Fine Detailing following a Google search for car detailing in my area. Alex was very friendly and helpful and I decided on a showroom external valet which included machine polish to remove swirling and a final treatment with ceramic polish. The end result was exceptional and my car now looks better than the day it was delivered. Alex has guaranteed the treatment for 12 months and I intend to get the same treatment next year. Also explained why hand car washes aren’t a good idea due to grit transfer and scratching and told me the best product to use to wash at home.
