J. Y.Took my 17 year old motorhome in on a sprinter for loss of power. After a couple of hours they found the fault The lady on reception asked me what I would like to do. I said could I leave it with them or return it another day. One of the two very helpful ladies said she would have a word with the boss. She came back and said that they could do it now if I wanted to wait. This I did and I am pleased to say the van is now running OK.Thank you to the two ladies on the reception and the team that fixed my van
