K. R.Great experience from Optimum - from Paul and his team. I gave Paul a specific criteria of the car we wanted (7 seater family motor, price range and time frame). Came back within a week with a perfect vehicle. Paul even had extra work done on it to ensure it was tip top condition and full 12 months MOT. Great service. Highly recommend. John and Paul looked after us immensely from the start, even a couple of issues with the car to start with that were nothing to do with optimum and something so unusual they would have never known the issue was there until the issue presented itself, they worked together with us and like the way we do business there was no messing around and the car was sorted between us all no problems. we said we would be back for the cars first service which was last week, Linda and Steve have looked after us greatley throughout, much like when we bought the car another small issue had developed and it can only have been from the first owner of the car and something that was not present When we bought the car and has only appeared after 12 months so again nothing at all to do with optimum. Again they have been completely straight forward, honest and honourable. we have sorted it together without any questions. I wouldn’t consider dealing with any other garage now we have discovered optimum, one of our family members has already bought a new car from them on our recommendation and we will certainly be back soon when we want to change another one of ours. J. M.Really happy with our Optimum Vehicles experience, we have just purchased a BMW M4 Comp. The car is exactly as described, and the sales process was very relaxed and at our pace, which we liked a lot. The team are clearly having to work very hard to accommodate covid safety, yet we were still in and out with our new car within the hour, and that included a delicious coffee and a tour of their servicing department, which I will be using for the maintenance of our new car, 5 star review well deserved, keep up the great work!
