Pleasure to deal with, Phil and Will are quick to respond and very attentive. The process was very smooth and was a far more pleasant experience than marketing the car for private sale and having to deal with time wasters and tyre kickers (which makes it easier parting with your pride and joy!). I looked on the website after I was given some advice to put “sell my Tesla” in Google and I skipped the first few as always feel they’ve paid to be there and came across webuysupercars.com. Website was inviting and also very friendly. I had a terrible experience with Motorway when selling my Range Rover Sport SVR. I got an excellent offer but the dealer that won the bid (Roadstar in Coventry) did not take my calls and did not arrange to pick up the car. This lasted a month. I officially complained to Motorway and got fobbed off with corporate platitudes and a promise that they would reprimand the dealer. You are always wary of selling your car especially when the buyer agrees to settle the outstanding finance. I found webuysupercars by accident which made dealing with them more nerve wracking. The service was however exceptional, I sent in some photos of my car and 24hrs or so later I received a realistic offer (5k more than the Px). I was told it was a no haggle price, if there was tread on the tyres and no more than £150 of cosmetic work requiring done then they would honour the deal. Phil came out looked at the car for about 10mins and paid then and there. Before driving off he waited whilst I checked my bank account to make sure the funds had been received and even waited whilst I was in the queue to the finance company to check that they had received the funds and that was with a 10minute time on hold. Only when I was satisfied that the money had been transferred did he leave with the car. He notified DVLA for me cancelling my outstanding tax.
