I had a great experience renting a car with Arnold Clark for a few days in Aberdeen. Check-in process was super easy, communcation was great. The car was very nice and included everything I had wanted. Returning the car was easy, and they were very kind to offer me a shuttle ride to the train station. Would definitely rent from them again!

I’ve rented cars in 20 countries and never had service this good. Dave took the time to make sure every detail of the rental was explained, including where the fuel cap was (something I WISH all companies would mention as you only realise you don’t know in the petrol queue) as well as where to refuel most cheaply. Having rented from a firm at the airport once that was the worst I’ve ever had, Dave was happily the total opposite and showed how important smart, caring and respectful staff are in these roles.

The staff is very professional, helpful and friendly. You have also the possibility to do the check-in online. The vans are clean, some of them have only 1000 miles.

Loved the car they gave me (the new Renault Clio) and the service was quick and efficient. Also loved the pickup and drop off service. The only thing that bothered me was the £1000 excess looming over my credit card but thankfully there were no incidents. Jack was particularly helpful. Will use them again.

Everything worked out as agreed. When we had landed a man from Arnold Clark met us at the airport. This time the car was big enough to fit our luggage. (last time it was just about we managed to get our stuff in). We returned the car to their office and took the courtesy van to the airport which leaves at 4 pm and 6 pm (Maybe 5 pm would have suited us better, but it was nice to have plenty of time at the airport).
