Excellent customer, especially from Alec. Very quick and efficient from start to finish. I have never used Avis before but would highly recommend them based on my experience. None of the long process to book and all the extras to add as you watch the price go up and up. Easy pickup and drop up. Great customer service from all the staff. In addition my flight was delayed but Alec offered to stay to midnight in order for me to pick up the car although he didn't have to and had to be in work the next day at 8am. What a star. Well done Avis and well done Alec.

The speed of service at the desk was rapid and the attendant friendly. I found it a little difficult to track down the car though, and it took a good amount of walking through the icy car park. As Avis preferred, it would have been nice to be given a car closer to the office. However, the car itself was excellent, so the complaint is definitely only a minor one. Would use this Avis branch again.

Super friendly and knowledgeable staff. Always happy to go the extra mile. Great vehicles which are always clean inside and out. Damage policies are clear and unambiguous. Always a pleasure to deal with Alec and the team here!

Wouldn’t use any other hire car company in Aberdeen now. Easy to book online, smooth pick up, very friendly and welcoming staff and to top it off they are very reasonably priced.( don’t charge through the roof for one way drop offs like some other companies)

Very easy to pick-up the car, great customer service. As Avis Prefered Plus I was upgraded to an automatic car wich we greatly appreciate. New, clean car. In these uncertain times with constant changes the team in Aberdeen handles everything very professionally and efficiently, I cannot recommend enough. First class customer service.

I rent here regularly 2-3 times a month and I have never experienced anything wrong, hidden or incorrect from here. However I am Local, always prebook and prepay and only rent small cars. Customer service I have met are friendly and helpful. Once British Airways messed up and delayed my flight for 3 hours and the staff here stayed beyond their working (& opening) hours just to help me. This is customer service on an American scale from their eastern European staff for which I'm grateful.
