We have just returned from 8 nights touring the West Coast of Scotland in one of the amazing Lux Motorhomes. We absolutely could not fault the service received, a lovely touch with the bubbly and the dogs treats and toy, as well as the reassurance of either Donald or Lauren at the end of the phone should we need them - that's a big plus when driving a motorhome for the first time. They really could not have been more helpful. We had the Pilote G740 and it was so comfortable and luxurious, with all that we needed for a fantastic holiday. We definitely did not want to return it! and will certainly be recommending Lux to anyone and everyone. In August my wife and I did the NC500 in one of Lux’s glorious motorhomes. We were originally meant to have the T-Line but that was in the workshop for repair so they gave us a free upgrade to the Pilote. Service was brilliant. Very accommodating. It was our honey moon so they decorated the van which was very sweet. The motorhome was easy to drive, very big with a comfortable bed. Great storage and very clean. It lacked a few utensils (e.g. grater and tin opener) but that wasn’t a major issue. We will 100% recommend this company to friends and family.

Incredible experience! I would give 6 stars if I could. The best customer service I have experienced in the UK. My group was from out of the country and they made everything so easy from beginning to end. They answered every question we had with patience and kindness. Extremely nice motorhome as well. What can I say. Just returned from a weeks hire. The Motorhome was spotless and the customer service was impeccable. Nothing was too much trouble. The welcome card and cupcakes a nice touch. They are just incredible. Excellent customer service. Very kind, friendly and helpful. We were treated nicely with a restaurant style coffee to start with and explained all the motorhome details with patience. I am very impressed by their service, they even dropped us back to the airport. We hired a motorhome for 10 days. I totally recommend them.

Just back from a week away in a Lux Motorhome and it was amazing! The owner, Lauren, was friendly and informative and made it hard not to get excited. The motor home was spotless and equipped with everything you need. It’s a great way to see Scotland and gives you fantastic flexibility as you can literally stop for the night wherever you like. We found some fabulous places on the NC500 (they even provided a guide for the route 👍🏻👍🏻) We’re already planning our next trip and would highly recommend this company.

I cannot recommend enough Luxmotorhome, Lauren and the team have been absolutely amazing ensuring we have the best trip in Scotland! Forget all the other rental companies, they are the best for your trip in Scotland, here is a quick list below all the things we loved with Luxmotorhome: 1. They have a stunning fleet of motorhome, with very comfortable beds, it really feel like sleeping in a hotel bed (and not all motorhomes come with matress that comfy!). The luxury bed linen and towel kit in option really add the extra touch too. 2.The price comprises of everything except bed linen and towels which comes at an affordable cost, so you don't need to worry to add extra like camping chairs and tables, levelling blocks etc... 3. Great customer service, we had an issue with our main door getting stuck halfway on our trip, Lauren and the team did not hesitate to bring us another motorhome in less than 24 hrs, directly to our campsite so we could continue the trip smoothly (we even got lucky and got an upgrade!) 4. They are pet friendly and our dog even got a complimentary toy and treats when we arrived (despite not being the most friendly dog!) 5. We also got a personalised welcome treat waiting for us in the motorhome! 6. They are a family run business and it really made us feel so much more valued as a customer, plus Lauren was very reassuring when I had questions about bringing my 3 month and a half baby with us along the trip! 7.Our car got a complimentary valet service while away and they also offer airport transfers 8.Lastly they are actually of very good value compared to their competitors, if you consider the service, the motorhomes you get and the extras you don't need to pay, look no further. Thank you again, we had an amazing trip! I am looking forward to booking again next year if I can convince my partner to spend another summer break under the Scottish weather and not in France 😁

Brilliant customer service, took a van down to Newquay for a few days with 2 young kids (one in a carseat that straps into the seating are) drove like a dream, really easy to use and handled the motorways no bother. Lovely touch with the complementary cupcakes and bottle of prosecco, and some goodie bags made up for the kids, we will definitely be using you again.

After spending several weeks researching & talking to camper van providers in the Scottish region, the most attentive and enjoyable company to speak to was Lux Motorhomes. Some examples of why they were the best for me: 1) Price: A clear and concise structure to the overall cost (mainly insurance), no hidden extras! 2) Communication: Before I booked and used the camper van, I directly communicated with the owners, who helped and supported all my needs, no matter how trivial ( not a call centre ). 3) Transfers: free of charge pick up and return to the airport ( saving ££ £s) 4) Camper van: The model I requested was ready, cleaned and precisely what I requested ( no substitutes, as per the small print in other providers ). 5) Instructions: as a first timer, the owners spent some time going through all the different aspects of the camper van; we even did a little video on the heating/gas/electric devices ( thank you ) 6) Family Run: if you want to contribute to a family business and feel part of the family and not a number from corporate entities, then put your feet up, with and cup of tea and chat with these guys; they made me feel like I was a friend, not a client 7) Thoughtful gift: I was given cakes & bubbles to celebrate the trip I can’t recommend these guys enough; they contribute to a fabulous holiday with no hidden extras.
