Five star service from Motorhome Escapes. We recently hired a 6 berth, pet friendly, motorhome from Motorhome Escapes to travel around Scotland. After years of talking about doing this we finally took the plunge after a recommendation to use Motorhome Escapes from a friend. We cannot compliment the team at Motorhome Escapes enough, through the booking process Eleanor and Michelle were excellent, providing timely and detailed information and keeping us informed on progress. When we went to pick up the Motorhome, we got a very thorough walk round of the vehicle and how everything worked to supplement the videos we had been provided on completion of our booking. Everything was very clear and the vehicle itself was in top condition. The paperwork was done very quickly and with a small deposit left we were on our way. The week itself was brilliant, so many lovely places to visit in Scotland. The Motorhome was so easy to drive and pitching up and connecting to the electricity and water etc at the various campsites was very easy. The 6 berth was very clean, comfortable and spacious for 2 adults, 2 children and our dog and we all thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It was full of all mod cons and was like a home from home. On the way back we made sure to give ourselves a bit of extra time as recommended by Michelle to ensure we could fill up with diesel and gas which went without issue. Eleanor went round the vehicle with us on our return ensuring everything was in check, within about 10 minutes we had signed off the return and heading home. Our deposit was returned within 2 days of us handing the vehicle back (much earlier than the stated 7 days). Would definitely recommend, we had been put off before in using some of the big National companies and we are so glad we chose Motorhome Escapes for the personal touch they provided. Five star service and we will be back again.

We have just done the NC500 and Skye. It was the first time in a MH and it won't be our last. We hired the Islay from Motorhome Escapes and the whole team have been amazing. They are very friendly and welcoming. The whole process was effortless, they made sure everything was sorted for us and always answered any questions we had. Michelle was our main contact and we can't thank her enough for all her help. We would definitely recommend them.

Great company to hire a motorhome from. Everyone was super friendly and informative on all things to do with the motorhome we hired, so we felt at ease leaving having never had any previous experience. Would definitely recommend and go back again. We hired a 2 berth called The Arran, and it was a great size perfect for the two of us travelling round the North of Scotland. Very comfortable inside and very practical. Easy to drive a great option as The Arron isn’t a huge vehicle and can park almost anywhere a car can! Again I can’t say enough for the team at Motorhome escapes. Very professional, helpful and friendly people who I would not hesitate to hire another motorhome from.

We loved our Motorhome Escape in the little Arran Wildax Pulsar RV! Michelle and crew were friendly and flexible as we navigated our first trip to Scotland. All the necessities were included and extras were easily added. We're especially thankful for their help tracking down a taxi to take us to New Town, Edinburgh at the end of our trip which sadly coincided with the Queens procession into Old Town.

We would highly recommend Motorhome Escapes. The staff team were all friendly, interested and helpful. Iona the Motorhome was top notch, smart, modern and clean. She was well set out and equipped with all the cooking utensils needed and more. We thought the costs were transparent and fair for the quality we experienced. We also found the videos, in person briefings and info on the Motorhome all clear and useful and this helped ensure we were comfortable and ready to enjoy our first Motorhome trip with confidence and ease. Knowing the team were on the end of the phone if needed was also reassuring but thankfully everything was great and we didn't need to use this. We recently hired a Wildax Solaris XL from Motorhome Escapes. We planned to do the NC500 and as neither of us had driven a campervan/ motorhome previously, we wanted something small and manageable which was easy to park and manoeuvre around the narrow Scottish mountain passes. We were very impressed with the Wildax. It was spotless, easy to drive, compact but comfortable, with everything we needed for our trip. From start to finish, the team at Motorhome Escapes were friendly and professional, dealing with our initial enquiries and booking very efficiently and promptly, and sending regular updates as our holiday approached. The team were on hand to contact if we had any issues during our trip. We didn’t, but as it was our first time hiring a van, it was reassuring to know we could get in touch anytime. Special thanks to Michele who was amazing! We highly recommend Motorhome Escapes and will be using them for our future trips to Scotland.

Our first experience with motorhomes and we will for sure repeat!! At first we werent very sure if we should make the reservation with them, as the my were asking for the payment in advance, but we are happy we finally got the reservation with them as they hace been awesome with us, super helpful and reliable. The motorhome are super clean and the engine works perfectly, we are happy we got this motorhome. The only “but” is that the sat nav is not updated and is useless, we finally got to use our smart phone We highly recommend to book with Motorhome Escapes
