I picked up my car rental at the Avis at the Belfast International Airport and delivered it back to the Belfast City Airport with no problems. Personnel were friendly and competent. I recommend signing up for "Avis Preferred" as they will have your car documentation and keys waiting for you at the time you indicated pickup. I also found discounts online that helped reduce the cost. Best of all, Avis gave me an upgrade to a Mercedes A180 diesel hatchback (not sold in USA) and it was a dream car to drive! It was the only automatic compact car they had in stock then. So I drove with my wife and daughter throughout Ireland in a car that turned heads and also accommodated all our luggage, was comfortable, economic, and safe to drive. Bravo Avis!

While taking a family break in Belfast we hired a car from Avis for a week to visit the 10 GOT doors at various filming locations around NI. After booking in advance via the Avis app, we were met by a very professional, friendly and fast service at the Belfast City branch and received an upgrade at no extra cost. At the end of our stay we delivered the car back to the city airport branch which was easy, speedy and very convenient. Would highly recommend.

Very easy pick up and return, no faffing around. Felt that the inspection before leaving the office was thorough and so did not fear the microscopic inspection other companies perform only on return! Very near to the motorway so easy to get out of the city from here. Did miss the drop off point on the return, but it's easy enough to circle round again. Would recommend renting from this office.

We rented a large car but our 4 suitcase did not fit. The staff were amazing and went out of their way to organise a different car that fitted all of our bags. I highly recommend booking through them.
