I rented a vehicle from the Dublin Airport location, and was visiting family in Belfast, the car developed battery problems and would not start 2 mornings in a row. I dropped into the Great Victoria St location where the staff were more than helpful, Katie and Johnny and Eamon thanks again for your help. Even though the car was not rented from their location and not rented in country they went and got the car jump started took it to their location, called and got the exactly same vehicle from the City Airport location and had it driven to Great Victoria St all within 2 hours of me walking through their door. Text book definition of excellent service, and all with a smile and a bit of fun added.

Rented a car for a couple days in Northern Ireland. Had to pay insurance but I expected that as I'm not from the EU. Staff was really friendly, service was quick. The car was fine, we took the cheapest one, some odd sounds but it drove just fine. I would use their service again without hesitation.

I cannot fault the experience I had with this company, It was a budget price so I expected some limitations but - no! everything went as planned. The car was in pristine condition and was available even though I arrived more than an hour in advance of the time I had booked. This is one of the most helpful and easy rentals I have ever experienced. Sharon did the paperwork, and Robert did the walk thru and directions. Listen to the man! He beat out Googlemaps. Return went smoothly. Thank you from a jet-lagged older gentleman.

All great with collection and the car. But note if returning to Belfast International Airport, the drop off area is as you drive into the airport and not with the other companies.

(Translated) After comparing prices from several places this convinced me, a small car for about £ 18 + 15 for having full insurance without excess. The cost of renting at airports is much cheaper but you have to go to the airport from the center. In the downtown branches the problem is that they close very early at 5, 6 in the afternoon and are somewhat more expensive. In this case we picked it up in the center and returned it at the city airport (open 24 hours) and 20 minutes from the center on bus 600 (2.5 pounds) (Original) Después de comparar precios de varios sitios este me convenció, un coche pequeño por unas 18 libras + 15 por tener el seguro a todo riesgo sin franquicia. El coste de alquilar en los aeropuertos es mucho más barato pero has de ir al aeropuerto desde el centro. En las sucursales del centro el problema es que cierran muy pronto 5, 6 de la tarde y son algo mas caras. En este caso lo recogimos en el centro y lo devolvimos en el aeropuerto de la ciudad (abierto las 24h) i a 20 minutos del centro en el autobús 600 (2,5 pounds )
