A highly professional company with a very down to earth touch. This was our second time to do a 24 hour rental with the company. A delight to deal with John and his team. I wouldn't hire with anyone else. Everything clearly explained in terms of the rental agreement. A good fleet of vehicles. Keep up the good work!

Highly recommend this company!! We were recommended to use McGladery’s by a family member and we will happily recommend to everyone else! Not only was the price of a hire van excellent and extremely competitive, it was the customer service which was a deal breaker for me! Patient staff, completely transparent and very informative as we’ve just moved to NI and unfamiliar with the area! Even getting stuck in traffic and not arriving back on time, John stayed that extra hour and even offered to telephone a taxi for us to get home! Next time we will definitely take up the use of the free parking space to leave our car overnight! We are guaranteed to use this company again, just wish there was space for more stars to be awarded! 10/10 thank you!

Rented a Luton van recently for a house move. My rental was booked 3 weeks prior to the date of moving and on the morning of rental the van was ready and waiting to go. On price, McGladery beat other rental firms easily. The closest firm by £80 and they also had a lower deposit by £50. Customer service was impeccable 👌 Would highly recommend and its an easy decision to go back if or when I need a van again.

I had a great experience hiring a van from Martin and the team a few weeks ago. Honestly they were so supportive, especially after I took one load to many late at night and reversed into a wall, leading to a minor scratch on the vehicle. They were very understanding and were very fair in taking what was necessary out of my deposit and refunding the rest. They are honest, friendly and trustworthy - couldn't recommend enough!

I've used a fair few rental companies through work in the past but went with McGladery's for my personal van rental. Needed it for a house move and at short notice too - John was really friendly, he let me look at what was available and even helped me out when I needed to extend the rental for an additional day - really above and beyond. They provided a brand new van with only 44 miles on it and it did a fantastic job. Any time I need a van in future these are the guys I'll be going to. If you're looking to get a van, call them up and they'll answer any questions you have. Finally: they've got keen prices (cheaper than the well-known industry players and with much better service)!

Marty showed me my hire vehicle and went round showing me any small marks and marked them down on a sheet, he went above and beyond helping me as I'd never personally hired a van before. The van was super clean and was absolutely perfect to use, almost new and great to drive, I was a bit worried about hiring as I've heard horror stories of other vendors but these guys are superb, professional, courteous and ready to help. I returned the vehicle and John handled that, as I expected given Marty's welcome, John provided the same wonderful level of professionalism and expertise. I contacted a well known national rental company before ringing McGladerys, The difference in attitude is night and day, McGladerys are the real deal, and more importantly, thoroughly trustworthy. I have been going here for about 6 years now.. with my troblesome Motorhome Ford Based MK7. I could recommend them 100%. They do not overcharge, they tell you of other problems related to the current problem if any and give you the option to fix all at once. Hats off to Paul the Service manager a real credit to this company . No BS sorry to say that but I have come across this before with other companies. He tells it as it is. Any extra work carried out can be clearly seen. My view is if they say it needs done.. THEN IT NEEDS DONE. I will always come back here for repairs, which I am sure this Ford will need. FORD stands for FIX,, OR ,, REPAIR ,, DAILY ,,,,LOL LOL
