Excellent service and even called on our way there to pick up the car to make sure we were OK and if needed any directions! Very professional and a lovely car was supplied and only a year old! Very happy as my Brother saved around £130 for picking the car from Boucher and not the Airport!! A shuttle service would be great mind you to and from the City Airport even if there was a small charge?? But anyway thanks again guys! Claire Mc Greeghan // Nigel McGreeghan

I can't stress enough how happy we were renting from VWFS. Nick embodies everything that customer service should be and he helped make our road trip around Northern Ireland a truly great experience! Since this was our first family holiday for a while, that made it even more special and we are really grateful for that. 🙂 We got an upgrade during our trip also which was a nice surprise and the prices in general are excellent with surprisingly good cars (I had never driven a Skoda before but would certainly consider one now as our next family car!). Deposit paid back promptly also and without a fuss. Will definitely be our first port of call for future rentals in Northern Ireland.

I recently rented a car for a week at the VWFS Belfast branch. I could not recommend the experience highly enough - great friendly service (from Nick), excellent rate, new clean car with modern features, and (major plus) no surcharge for under-25s! I paid by debit card and received my deposit back in full 24 hours after I returned the car. They are not hiding anything and do exactly as they promise on their website. Thank you for your service!

Fantastic service, couldn’t recommend more! Such reasonable pricing considering it was over the Christmas holidays! Nick was great, he was so helpful and provided us with an upgrade on the car as well which was fab! Friendly and attentive, you wouldn’t find a better rental car service in Belfast! By far the best experience I have had with rental car company. We were served by Nick at the company and it was an amazing customer experience with him. Luckily we got a free upgrade as well. Hired a car from Nicholas who could not have been more than helpful even brought the car to my home for me. Nicholas is an asset to the company. He was friendly and professional, very organised which made the handover very quick. The car was clean and full tank of petrol. suitable size for myself and daughter. Absolutely amazing service. After a fiasco at the Dublin Airport Hertz Agency we gave up and took the bus to Belfast. We booked a car with VFS Rent a Car for Christmas Eve. Our flight from a weekend jaunt got delayed so we would be unable to make the rental agency in time. Nicholas wanting to be sure we had a good trip and great holidays brought the car to us at the airport the day before Christmas Eve at no extra cost and after hours to boot! He did all our paperwork there. We offered him a ride back but he hadn't wanted to infringe on our evening so had dropped his personal car off earlier. Have never had such great customer service from any kind of business in any part of the world. Could not say enough about the service we got from Nicholas Bond at VSF Rent-a-car! Can't recommend enough and will be using every time were back in town.

The only rental company in Belfast to rent to my friends and I as 21 year olds. You will not find better customer service anywhere else. Nick picked us up and brought us to the rental place. He gave us suggestions on where to go out in the city and was just an absolute joy to talk to. This is 100% the place to rent a car in Belfast.
