Amazing service! I called last minute for a limo for my sons prom as I was let down by another company. Spoke to a lovely gentleman who was so helpful and sorted out a royles Royce phantom at good price for me. Arrived exactly on time even a little early, Car was in perfect condition and the driver was very professional and extremely friendly thank you!

Royal limos is the best by far, booked 4 rolls royce phantoms and two hummers and also two bentleys for my brothers wedding. Must say from start to finsh excellent service. Hired a few cars of RoyalLimos for a friends wedding, at first was sceptical but the service was second to none. Owner was very nice and understanding opened up late so I could drop off the car early. Deposit returned in 5 working days. Self-drive fleet was relatively new. Drive the cars with respect and you won't have any problems.

Excellent customer service from start to end. Driver was on time and the Phantom and Ghost was as well presented and representated by the Driver who was extremely polite and helped with my elderly grandmother. We will be using Royals again in the near future. Stayed with us even though we were 30 mins late after the event. Keep up the good work guys!

To begin with can I just thank the team in the office for the reassurance and hospitality, it truly is a royal journey from the moment you walk in. I booked a Chrysler Limousine for my daughter's surprise birthday party in April 18. I drove around Birmingham trying to find the perfect limo to book on short notice and came across these guys. I came to view this beautiful limousine and booked as soon as. The look on my daughter's face when this amazing limousine arrived outside our house was priceless. Upon entering the limousine the lights, music, banners, balloons and soft drinks honestly completed this party. The chauffeur was dressed smart and very professional. We had the vehicle booked for an hour in the evening, pick up from home, a cruise and drop off to the restaurant were she had a meal with friends. She described this evening as one of the best she's had in a very long time. Just hearing those words from her urged me to give real credit to the chaps that made it happen.
