L. B.I rented a van on multiple occasions from Thrifty and every time the service was excellent.
The vans were pretty much in new condition and never had a problem with them or the staff.
The waiting time can be a little long so if you booked your van for a certain time then try to get there 20 minutes earlier to do all the paperwork.
