Excellent service from Neil and Ben in the office. Nothing was to much trouble & the equipment was sent out as arranged. Phil was also very helpful when he dropped of the digger & spent some time going through the controls. My partner and I hired a floor sander and were provided with excellent service from Ben. We were told that the shop was shut for the day we ordered so he allowed us to collect it a day earlier without charge and we were also able to return the sander later. We’ll definitely be using this company again and very soon!

The two gentlemen at the counter were very helpful and full of good advice, they helped load the floor sander into the car, and today when I returned they helped unload the car. At one point I thought I had a problem with the 110 transformer and they offered to send out a replacement straight away, which luckily I didn't need, Thanks Guys made the job easy, see you again soon 👍

Recently hired a plasterboard hoist from Miles hire in Bridgend, this was my first contact with the company after I had seen a very competitive price online, and I must say I was very impressed with the smooth transaction from start to finish. I was met by Matthew Jones at the socially distanced counter, who was kind and informative and explained in detail about the hire process. Ordered online for same day delivery, but it wasnt actually available (website doesnt account for stock?). Constant communication while arranging the hire and apologies for the issue. Digger supplied a few days later which I ended up needing to extend the hire period on. This was no issue at all, nothing was too much trouble from start to finish, overall very satisfied and would recommend and use again in future.

Hired a plasterboard lifter today, have used many variations over the years but this particular one was a a joy to use. Smooth lift and accurate manouverability meant the job was completed in a under a day. Two large rooms over 2.7 meters in height was no bother. The service was excellent and the staff were very helpful. Well done to Miles at Bridgend.

So glad I chose Miles Hire to go to for assistance after our playroom had flooded. Staff advised me on what I would need to dry out the room, & worked out best delivery time and rates too. When I needed an extention to the time needed for the (industrial) dehumidifier & heater, they were able to accommodate. A very minor criticm is that the mini digger I hired was overdue a service when it arrived. In all fairness though, they did come to give it a service when I extended the hire and it ran much smoother. As stated, I'll be returning and I'd highly recommend them to anyone looking to hire plant.

Was very pleased with my dealings with Miles Hire Ltd. I hired a micro digger for the day, when it arrived I was given an explanation of how it worked and away I went! There were no hidden costs, everything was explained to me before the hire so happy days! The only faults I found was that when booking online it requested what times I wanted the machine from and to, but delivery and collection were not at these times which was slightly inconvenient when planning your day. Also, when I phoned the Bridgend site during my hire it kept going through to Swansea, who were unable to help with my queries. So no real issues, just inconveniences really. Would definitely hire again!
