I hired a car in Brighton to drive to a family funeral in Oxford. Not only was it a superb car to drive, but they took great pains to ensure it was black plus it proved to be great value for money. It was a brand new Toyota C-HR hybrid and the 240 mile round trip used up less than £40 in petrol. The staff were professional and helpful. Will definitely use again, but hopefully not for a while. Am running out of family members rather too quickly! Thank you to the staff at Enterprise in Brighton for helping to make a sad day go very well indeed.

Because with the consistently excellent and stress free service provided by the Enterpise team at New England St in Brighton I frankly prefer not to, but rather to rent one as and when needed. I've adopted this approach for over 5 years. The Team are a genuine pleasure to deal with. The fleet of cars is excellent - I've never had a problem. Or if I have, it's been of my own making and one or other of the Team have stepped up to help out. Super friendly to a man (or woman!). Luke, George and colleagues. You're a credit to your company who are lucky to have you. Keep up the fine work!!

Excellent service and friendly staff. I was worried at first about getting a hire car after all of the horror stories you hear online but after talking to the staff I instantly felt at ease. I'll most likely be using Enterprise again next time I visit Brighton. The car I was given wasn't what I was expecting but definitely done the job although it was a little bit small for me but that was a fault on my part, it was also strange driving Manual again after driving Automatic for the past 6 months (again, fault on my part) but couldn't fault the car they gave me. I look forward to booking again in September. Thank you again for the service

Quick check in and check out. They covered all the bases and explained the vehicle really well before I set off. The vehicle was the same model I had booked, not just the same category. The lady I saw was very down to earth and upfront which I appreciated. Same lady checked out and she was super quick. I'd rent here again... although I was renting a van to move out of Brighton so I guess unlikely I'll actually go back. But I totally /would/ if I needed a rental in Brighton.

Just wanted to say how impressed we have been with our experience of the Brighton branch. Everyone has been so helpful and professional and our main contact Barbara has been amazing. The team have gone out of their way to make sure we had a car that was suitable for my disabled wife, swapping them over 4 times in the end, until we found one that was the most comfortable for her. Barbara even went above and beyond one day when I was working until 6 so could not pick up the new car before they closed as she drove the car home to her house and then brought it round to us when I was home. As my wife had found the car we had before to be very uncomfortable, she was very appreciative of this kind gesture as we had a long journey the next day to take her for a hospital appointment. I fully recommend using enterprise car hire in Brighton. I needed a car for 2 weeks and they sorted me right out. I had booked a small car but there wasn't any ready when I turned up to pick the car up so they gave me a bigger car at the same price as the car i had booked online. I've been using Enterprise regularly for a few years now; the staff are all extremely personable and helpful and the cars are always top notch. They offer a complimentary pickup service and are open at reasonable hours which makes them very convenient. The best hire company by a country mile.

Female staff member was really friendly. However, I felt panicked when she pointed out a dent in the petrol cap cover. This hadn't been documented on the pick up location in Lee, London. A quick phone call from me to the Lee branch quickly rectified this.

The clerk was friendly as well as other comments. I commented on other Thrift Rent-A-Cars and did not like it.
