Booked our car online just over a week before we left for our holidays to England to see family. No issues booking online, straight forward and easy. The car depot has moved from our last visit. It was behind the hotel upon leaving the arrivals door. Now a bus takes you to the area about a 5 minute drive around the airport. All car companys are located in the same place. We headed straight to enterprise and waited our turn, our flight was delayed 5 hours and we were behind schedule. Alistair or Ali as he introduced himself as looked after us. Registered online before arrival but just confirming in the office before we headed out to see the car. Alistair welcomed my wife and kids once we went outside and handed over our rental for the week. Upon return Alistair was again working and the hand over was again seamless. He welcomed us all back again and inquired how our trip went. Checked over the car, the only issue we had had was the tag came away from the key! Very good service, and great person to have meeting people. Always use enterprise and will not change after this experience.

Julien and the crew at the Bristol Airport Enterprise went above and beyond to help us. Best customer service I've ever had at a car rental agency! When we had some problems with our card payment on our end, Julien was knowledgeable, efficient, friendly, and quick to suggest solutions. The Renaux Captur we ended up choosing to fit us and our luggage but not be too large for cornwall roads was the perfect vehicle for our trip. Thank you so much, Julien and the Enterprise crew!

Rented at Bristol Airport June 2022. All car rental is now a 5min shuttle bus from the main doors of the airport. All round excellent service, friendly staff, simple check out and demo of the car. Return was on a Sunday, which was a key drop in a box, but within an hour I had an email receipt to say car was checked and rental complete.

In the quarmire of car hire rental, renting with Enterprise was a wonderful experience. They were very accommodating and helpful over the phone, and everything went very smoothly from the time of pick up to drop off. I declined their collision damage waiver as I have my own and this was noted. I also declined the roadside assistance. Alex, the agent went with me to look over the car before driving away and explained in detail what they concidered damage. The car was clean and efficient and all went well. Drop off was easy too and the car was checked over by Rubin who kindly refuned the extra fuel we had accidentally put in. All in all, I highly, highly recommend renting from Enterprise at Bristol Airport: a 100% positive experience. If there were more car hire companies like this, we would never have an issue hiring them!!!!

Excellent service by Jon, hassle free return - deposit released safe and sound a couple days after the car was returned with no deductions. Will definitely use their services again next time I'm in Bristol! The car was also in great condition (with some normal wear and tear), and I didn't expect it to have as many safety features as it did (lane assist, blind spot assist etc) - feels like I got more than I initially thought I paid for.

I’m going to recommend that all Enterprise employees take note of your colleague Ruben, who provided the very best customer service I have ever had the privilege of experiencing. We live in Wales and usually do business with a local branch. However, today we encountered a whole range of customer service, from the worst to Ruben… the absolute star. Ruben saved our necks today when no other branch stepped up. Our family visiting from Canada had pre-booked an automatic. She was due to pick it up in Bath. But upon arrival was told they did not have an automatic. My family member was extremely distraught as she had her young son with her. They had tickets for sightseeing in Bath and took a train from Wales to Bath with the intention of picking up the car. From that point throughout the entire afternoon, we tried branch after branch for an automatic but to no avail. Then we found Ruben at the Bristol Airport branch and were blown away by his willingness to go beyond and resolve the panic. Thank you Ruben. I have had bad experiences with car hire companies in the past and am always nervous about renting. I have never used Enterprise before but I was very happy with my rental at Bristol Airport for 3 days. Car was brand new and very clean inside. Staff were friendly and efficient with a touch of humour thrown in for good measure (you know who I mean Rebecca :)). Pick-up point is only a short walk from the terminal. Highly recommended.

Very helpful staff. My parents had hired a car and their flight was delayed until about an hour after the car hire was supposed to close. The staff kept the branch open until their flight had landed and were friendly and helpful at the time and also when I phoned to discuss things. A very good service.

Hiring cars is not something I look forward to because of the hidden extras, pressure selling of add-ons and often surly treatment by staff. I am taking the trouble to post a review of Enterprise at Bristol Airport because of the ease and pleasantness of our experience. The pick up took about ten minutes with no pushy additional insurance sales; all done with obligingly with a smile. Drop off was even easier taking five minutes with a friendly chat. Based on reviews we chose Enterprise in preference to (ostensibly) cheaper quotes and, following our experience I'll take Enterprise as first choice for future hires.

Excellent service and a fantastic price. For just over £16 a day I hired a nearly new Nissan Qashqai which was very clean and lovely to drive. When I picked the car up I was shown all of the controls and shown round the car. The service was friendly and I was offered extra insurance which I declined, but bear in mind that it is a £1000 excess, so it might be worth it. The Enterprise office is a short walk (400m) from the airport terminal, which you should bear in mind if you have lots of luggage or difficulty walking. The experience was so good that I will definitely be hiring from them again.

Staff at both pick up and drop off were the most friendly and helpful I've ever encountered. Unfortunately I don't remember individual names but the woman at pick up quickly showed me to my car, looked over everything with me to make sure I was okay with it, and was very pleasant to deal with. Drop off was much the same with a different woman. And the best bit was no hard sell on insurance and extras. I just said insurance was on my US credit card and we moved on. This was a huge contrast to renting from Europcar at Birmingham airport on my last visit, where the man on the counter basically lied and told me my US credit card insurance wasn't acceptable and used scare tactics to make me pay for their expensive insurance. Never using Europcar again and I tell everyone I know to avoid them. Enterprise are highly recommended.

We had a very delayed flight, being eventually bused from Liverpool Airport at 3.00am in the morning. I had six children with me. The staff at enterprise went out of their way to make sure the car was ready for us even though it was the middle of the night. I am very grateful for their efforts.

We have dealt with this branch of Enterprise and we couldn't praise them enough. Our daughter got married just over a year ago and the manager Rueben was more than helpful in organising an appropriate car. Would highly recommend.

Don't be fooled by the negative reviews. I have used Enterprise at Bristol airport a number of times now, certainly in the double figures. The team is very quick to help when they can. The only issue can be if a number of people from the same flight require a hire car. There are usually only two people serving and so there can be a delay. The cabin is a short walk of about 100 metres from the terminal, so be aware of that if you have issues walking. However, there is a airport bus service which I believe is free that can take you to opposite. Their website allows you to prebook and pay, although all the details I entered didn't seem to get as far as the cabin. The cars I have rented have always been new, certainly of the current year and are clean and full of fuel. You have a choice if to refill to the brim or pay for the fuel used. The latter option is good for long distance driving as it is a set price for the whole tank, which is cheaper than the garage. The cost of the rental is certainly cheaper than the others at the terminal, even with the Easyjet discount. I paid about £10 a day for a 5 day hire which is fantastic value. They are also the only company who allow you to book without a driving license to hand. They will call up the DVLA, so make sure that when you pick up the car, the DVLA is open! Make sure you have £200 to hand as well for the deposit. You will get it back mind. I'm just about to book another rental. Try it out folks.

Overall it was ok. Unfortunately nobody told us about the courtesy bus to the rental station so we had to walk about 400m with all the luggage. Good thing it was a nice sunny day, otherwise!!!

Excellent service - BUT - there's another Enterprise, about 6 miles away, which is MUCH cheaper. I'm looking at a 9-day car hire, it's £410 from Enterprise at Bristol Airport, or £292 from their South Bristol location. So you can save a lot of money arriving at the airport, taking a taxi for 6-miles to their other branch (59 Hartcliffe Way) and hiring the car from there. Ridiculous, hey...? And don't forget to use QuidCo or TopCashBack, to get a further 5-10% of the cost back again...!

I rent often and Enterprise are the only company with which picking up the car goes smoothly and without them trying to charge me ridiculous fees (i.e for my flight being 30 mins late, I'm looking at you Sixt).
