J. D.Today I only walked past the place but I have hired cars/vans from this branch of Hertz in the recent past and have found them to be efficient, professional, and more importantly friendly, patient, and understanding, so I recommended them highly.
S. C.I had a great experience here. We had some trouble getting to the car agency and ended up being there just after they closed. Incredibly, through extra effort from the employees there, we still got our rental. We were very grateful and their service was prompt and friendly.
It's unfortunate that when we had to return our car to Heathrow the service was far worse, but I would definitely recommend this location. People make all the difference.
J. D. J.Very helpful. The car seat they gave us was missing a piece, but they quickly replaced it with a couple other options. They also sent me back out to fill the car with gas, after giving me a heads up on how much higher the prices were if they did it. Finally, they dropped our whole group off at the train station, even though they had to send two drivers.
