S. B.Booked van online and paid in advance at a very good rate. The lady at Reception very helpful and explained all info. Was shown van and gentleman clearly ran through any identified scratches dents etc before signing agreement. I took out the £16 insurance for the day which reduced my excess to £250 in case of accident etc. Deposit £250 taken out of account and returned the same day - excellent! considering info says could take up to 5 days to return. Van pleasure to drive. Heavy holiday traffic meant we couldn't get back in time and relieved by Reception agreeing to keep the vehicle overnight but return first thing 8:30 following morning free of charge. Will definitely use again.
G. G.Very helpful, great little car and lovely to deal with. 4 rather than 5 because it costs £10 extra to add another driver. This costs Thrifty (and other hire coys) nothing but they gouge the customer. In our case £100! What a shame to tarnish the excellent service provided by their staff.
