Firstly, I have never leased a car before and this at the age of 50 was my first new car in my life. After a lot of product research, I fell across Ask 4 leasing on a comparison site. From Day 1 I have had a great service from the team in Cardiff. I chopped and changed quotes almost daily to begin with Callum and their response was always swift and professional. All the way from order to delivery every member of the team has been really bang on with their customer service and support over the 5 months wait for the car. We had a few problems sorting the final delivery out but part of that was down to me. Victoria was a legend throughout always happy and helpful. To end this my new car is quite magnificent, everything I hoped for and I love it. All in all it was a super job they did and I hope in 4 years to be back to them for the next car.

I decided to use Ask 4 Leasing based on feedback I received from my colleagues who had also dealt with them and found their service to be superb. I found the pre-sales support with Liam excellent. It was important for Liam to find out exactly what my requirements were, whilst staying within my budget. A small selection of vehicles were presented to me and once I'd decided on the vehicle, completion of the finance documentation was straightforward. I had to wait a few months for my vehicle which was agreed with me at point of sale and I was kept abreast on the forthcoming delivery up until the point a delivery date was confirmed. Professional from start to finish, you wouldn’t believe how easy these guys make to whole process from the first enquiry to vehicle delivery. I called them around 2:00pm and by 4:00pm I had my quote, agreed the order and had signed my documents, the next day the finance was agreed and I received my paperwork the following day. I requested a specific delivery date which they were able to make happen, and after speaking to the delivery driver, it was a very big ask, but they made it happen. An absolutely fantastic experience. We had a difficult specification for the team to get... they got it! They stayed in touch throughout and informed us of timescales and logistics. We made things awkward by throwing in an extra requirement for a vehicle wrap to be done... they handled this with aplomb, communicated with the wrapping company, checked and rectified any minor scratches (our car was sourced at 6 months old to take advantage of the 0% tax on a hybrid) and made good.
