This is a Family run businesses which I’ve used for the best part of 23 of years, I cannot fault their customer service or the guys in the workshop who fix your cars. Their work has always been of excellent standard. They make my wife feel comfortable and welcoming so she’s relaxed when going their for any car related problems.

BEST PRICES IN COLCHESTER! Very polite and happy helpful staff. We hired a Luton to move house from Sudbury to Colchester back in May 2020, during lockdown when Covid-19 was at its worst. They had a good, clean and safe system in place to help keep staff and customers safe. The majority of other rental companies were either closed during this time or expensive. Highly recommended.

Used them since they got us out of a hole the day we were due to go on holiday a couple of years ago. Pricing is fair and mechanics seem experienced and knowledgeable. Good service and the reception staff are always professional and friendly. Very happy with the service.

Thanks again for more upkeep work on my car. I'd highly recommend All Trans on all accounts. Their prices have always seemed fair and their front desk staff are knowledgeable without condescension (which, stereotypically, as a female customer, can be frustrating). With each fix, I have been given aftercare advice and been shown any defective parts, as well as non-defective ones to take home (recommended to change by the Land Rover dealer but not entirely necessary)!

After breaking down (my car that is) the RAC recommended All-Trans LTD. They were professional, accommodating, very knowledgeable, and stuck to the price they quoted even when the job manifested into a greater problem. I can't recommend them enough especially on value money. Excellent service, thank you for helping me out. I will return should I need to. They also hire vans. Handy to know.

Brilliant and quick service! I can't thank the team enough for helping me out today(Saturday. ) I drove over a nail this morning and they were able to fix it for me the same day I just dropped my car off left it with them and picked it up after lunch with no hassle. Used twice in the space of 3 months. No hassle, friendly staff and great prices. If you're looking for a Luton van I cant recommend these guys enough. Covid restrictions in place and working well, vehicle clean and tidy. One slight issue with a flat tyre but sorted out straight away for me.

I can't give All Trans enough praise, I had to get my vehicle recovered by them from an incompetent Garage after they failed to repair my vehicle but as it turns out cause substantial damage to my car. Throughout the process Richard assured me and updated me in regards to the issues with my car and what he was doing to get it fixed. Amy was also really helpful at offering me updates and clarifying certain details when I asked. I’ve finally got my car back after being without it for 35 days and it is running better than ever. I feel like I can actually trust this garage which I find can be rare nowadays, and will certainly be using them for any MOT/repairs going forward. They really helped me out when I needed it, so I’m really grateful!

Great company. Diagnosed three faults on my Freelander. Detailed invoice and costs that are not outrageous. I was recommended them by the RAC man who got me back on the road and was told they had spent a fortune on diagnostic gear so were ‘guaranteed’ to find the fault.

Was struggling to find a last minute van for hire on a Friday afternoon to use on the Saturday. All Trans Autos had a Luton van available for the Saturday which was easy to hire with everything well explained. Managed to drop off later the same day when some companies would look for a whole weekend hire cost. The service was superb and always willing to help with any questions. Thanks for saving the day!

OMG Brilliant Service!! We had an electrical fault with a Transporter Campervan. We took this to two local garages, a local auto electrician and had two mobile auto electricians come out to try and diagnose the problem, one of them quoted over £800 and couldn't guarantee the fault would be rectified, even VW themselves couldn't repair it..... Then I remembered ALL TRANS and Dick, fitted it in straightaway, done and fixed in 1 day for a quarter of the price that a diagnostics specialist quoted for a "maybe" repair. Thanks All Trans, we will be back.
