Good Cars, service need improvement. Cars need to be much cleaner, valeted given the current Covid'19 phenomenon. Noticed the hiring price changes by the time u collecting the Vehicle, find it a bit ouch! Managers were great, they follow up on customer satisfaction.

Had to make use of a hire car and glad that I picked enterprise south. Incredible service from Ricky the manager and also aman, who were able to ensure the whole process went smoothly and without a hitch. Especially Ricky who went out of his way to help when I had a small issue arrise. Would not hesitate to use again

Very easy, quick and convenient bookings. More than an impressive level of communication by the staff there (both in person and on the phone). Always able to answer swiftly and do their best to make the customer feel comfortable and happy with their experience. Below you can see the beauty I got to rent, very nice and enjoyable to drive car.

Really helpful staff, both in phone contact and on site. The early check in, to leave less to do in the office in site was appreciated. The car was clean, low mileage and when I asked to return the car early due to mine needing less time to be returned, a refund was organised.

Great friendly staff here and the prices are reasonable. The biggest pain, I find, when renting a car is the on the spot negotiation about insurance. Here you have two options, both of which are reasonable. The insurance that comes standard has a deductible of 1000 pounds and then everything is covered after that. If you are really risk averse you can pay an extra 10 pounds per day to reduce your liability to 100 pounds. Also, get the Nissan of you are worried about anything. It has a driver assist feature which is like training wheels and tells you when you are close to a line or about to hit something. So nice in an unfamiliar car!

After an utterly infuriating experience with Broad Lanes Enterprise branch, out of desperation I went to Siskin Drive to solve an urgent need for a vehicle following an accident. The staff honestly couldn't have been more helpful, understanding and all round brilliant. They had me sorted with a car and out the door within 20 minutes. I honestly can't recommend them enough, if you need a car in a hurry then come to these guys at this branch.

A very warm welcome and professional approach from the staff. My car was taken to the garage for work to be done. So they met me there, drove me back to the office to fill out the paperwork. Once everything checked out they explained what to do in the event of an emergency, the relevant contact numbers. Showed me the car, described features and I was on my way.

I recently had a car accident (of which was extremely terrifying due to the fact that the person that was involved in the other vehicle was a lorry.) I’m sure everyone can understand how annoying it is having an accident that is not your fault. In this instance, enterprise happened to be located right outside the accident itself. I cannot fault this company. They were kind, professional and very accommodating. Within minutes of the crash itself, the branch manager Mafizur and his colleague Danni were on the scene. They were clear with their instructions as I was in a lot of shock and helped me get to a safe place off road. The branch manager switch off my vehicle and help me to safety whilst his colleague help to retrieve my car parts and offered me help to their office. There were many cars going past at this time and not one stop to help me. I am eternally grateful to these two individuals and can honestly say that they are a credit to the team. They are both equally professional, kind, understanding, and more. If you ever find yourself in a sticky situation, enterprise are more than likely to go above and beyond to make sure you’re not put out of your way. They will help you to the best of their ability and even follow up personally on how you’re doing when you return the vehicle. If there is anything at all that I need, I would not hesitate for one 2nd to go back to them.

I have been using Enterprise for a couple of years at least once a month for one way hire and found them to be very helpful and efficient, This last time I picked a car up from Bristol and returned it to Coventry South, A couple of weeks later much to my wife's dismay she had lost her very expensive sun glasses, after much mind searching over 3 weeks it was decided that she probably left them in a hire car. We contacted the various office's of Enterprise and was elated when a very polite and helpful lady called Neave declared that they had the lost glasses. Thank you so much.

Comparatively, your service is fantastic and better than Enteprise (North), Enterprise Birmingham and other rental services like GreenMotion, GoldCar, AVIS, Europecar and Easirent. Just because of you guys, i spent more than owning a car ;-), but a mind free driving. And Luckily am at a 10 min walking distance. :-) I would recommend your Rental services than any other Rentals.

Great branch, great team. My cousin had a crash after an idiot went into the back of us forcing us to rent a car from the Coventry branch. At first I went to the Lockhurst lane branch who were xtremely rude and said there were no cars. I then came over to the Siskin Drive branch where I met with April and Dinesh. What a delight they were. The whole team was fantastic and gave me a car straight away to keep me mobile. I cannot thank Dinesh enough for his exemplary service. When we dropped the vehicle off, we were about to call a taxi when Dinesh insisted we get dropped home for free. The gentleman who dropped us home was a delight and we had a great chat. 10/10. Dinesh and his team are a great asset to the company and I will now always recommend Enterprise coventry to all of my friends and family.

I rented as a retail customer and not business so was a little disappointed that they didn’t come and pick up the car. Didn’t realise that that was only reserved for business rentals. That should be made clear somewhere. They did give me a lift home but there was a little reluctance, I detected.
