Absolutely brilliant service from start to finish of hire period. All the guys were friendly and professional. Would highly recommend.

A really lovely set of staff here at this Branch. There isn’t a lot of room for lots of cars which can be manic when returning (especially vans which is get a lot) but only goes to show how busy they are because how good they are. Can’t rate the staff enough here, they are so friendly and personable and will aim to see to your needs. They even offer lifts for free during the day back into town (within reason of course distance wise) which I think is a lovey touch. I hold a corporate account here and they’ve been only helpful and great for my company. Anything that has been ‘wrong’ or something that happens with the van whilst I’ve got it, is always sorted out very quickly and efficiently. Fully rate Enterprise compared to the other known car rental place in Coventry, something I have had a lot of experience with, these guys hands down are the best.

First class service. Vehicle was organised by insurance firm following accident. They picked my wife up and took her to pick up the replacement vehicle. Unfortunately due to illness my wife was not able to return the vehicle once hers was ready to be collected. I 'phoned the company, who arranged for me to be insured for the vehicle, which I then returned to the depot. They then transported me to the garage to pick up my wife's car. Very friendly, efficient service. Luke was extremely helpful. Would recommend this branch to anyone.

Great Staff with short of vehicles. I had a confirmed reservation but they had no car to give me which made me wait for a day for no reason. Their system should not confirm anything if they do not have a vehicle that jeopardize my plan. The car handed over was a different class than it offered me at the time of selection. It was a very economical car but it was very dirty at the time of handover. There should be mats given with the car in order to avoid cleaning over and over again. The car was very old. The only good thing about the car was its economy and for the price I got it.

I'm usually wary of using a company that has received such negative reviews, however, I cannot comprehend whether those reviews are genuine or not as the experience I had with Enterprise, was nothing short of amazing. I was late in returning the van so I contacted the branch manager who said to bring it in the morning (the next day) instead at no extra cost. Refunded my deposit very quickly and just an amazing service. Oh and the van was brand new which is so refreshing after some companies (won't mention any names) use vans more befitting of a skip. Will definitely use again and full 5* justified. Special thanks as well to the branch manager as well.

My reservation was mysteriously cancelled at 11pm on the day I had booked the vehicle. Nobody understands why but on turning up at the agreed time there wasn't a vehicle for me. Luckily, Lockhurst Lane depot came to the rescue. This will not distract me from using Enterprise again as I usually receive excellent service.

Friendly service from some nice customer focused people. They have a wide range of vehicles, enough to suit every need for however long your requirements may be. The vehicles are new or not very old and very comfortable to drive.

Great customer service. No issues arranging a pick up and drop off at no extra cost. The agent (Ish) helped me find my way to the right exit of the bus station over the phone when he came to pick me up to drive me to the rental location. Gave useful tips for driving on the left & in the UK. Difficult to find via GPS when I returned the car - both my phone and the car navigation brought me to the commercial truck location on the other side of an overpass. The main location is across from the BP gas station, you need to turn onto Kingfield Rd to get to it.

Used Enterprise car and van rentals twice over the last 12 months and can say they have the best value for money and the best customer service. New trustworthy vehicles is an added bonus and you get picked up and dropped off locally. What more can one ask for? Make Enterprise your first choice for rentals.

Used the online booking which was so easy and quick on my phone. Picked up the van and the staff are friendly and knowledgeable. Took around 30 mins to do the checks but on returning was super quick.

Had to use this place to rent a Luton van with a tail lift to move house. Very quick and convenient, they show you around the vehicle with a handheld device noting any marks, dents and scratches. This device will also take card authorisations, so can be done at the vehicle side rather than in the office. When returning, the same device will refund the amount taken from the credit card too.

we hired a few cars however the cars we ordered were not there instead we were given better cars. Adil and waqar were brilliant, very helpful, kind and very polite. These two lads are an asset to your company. we will definitly use these guys again. also the cars were new and amazingly cheap to hire. 5 star guys
