What a good experience, was interested in leasing a car for the first time after many years of PCPs and I have found the initial part of the lease process to be very smooth and efficiently dealt with by Hans Hibberd. Hans has taken me through the process of selecting the car and processing the financial clearance. He was able to answer questions that I posed and has briefed me how the process will run now he’s completed his part. Overall my experience was very good and I have now successfully taken delivery of my new car. The car and the finance aspect were all provided as agreed, no unpleasant surprises. I was dealt with in the first instance by Robert who was very helpful and efficient. There were only limited colours for the deal I found but this worked in my favour as a free upgrade from white to metallic. The only minor blips I can mention were an e-sign email that was expired before I could complete it, but a quick phone call sorted this, and a delivery date sooner than expected because car turned out to be in stock rather than factory order, but this was not an issue for me.
