If you need to rent a van you should try Croxdale first. They have an excellent modern fleet to meet most peoples needs. Staff are extremely helpful. I've now used them several times to move equipment for a charity I help with and the service has been outstanding.

After being let down last minute by another rental car company I looked to book a car with Croxdale car and van rental. Due to my last minute cancellation by the other rental company I contacted Rebecca at 4pm the day before I needed the car. Despite the time pressures Rebecca was able to source me a car for the following morning and was very professional and pleasant throughout the whole process. Whilst the Van was immaculate and the service given by Rebecca was Brilliant and certainly 5 star I shan’t be using this Company again as the Insurance excess was £1000 which is a frightening amount should you have an accident. I’ve hired vans from several other companies and insurance is normally £250 to £400.
