Excellent service, booked in within ten minutes and had a 21 plate car within one hour. Staff are extremely polite and explain the service before you drive off. I was offered additional cover in any bad situations that could occur. I would highly recommend this outlet for value and good service.

The place where they're located is rubbish for room. Had a Vauxhall Corsa was a nice car apart from that it had trouble always starting due to remote battery. Not the cheapest either.

When I first called Durham to find out a bit more about the benefits of booking online vs with them directly, I was a bit underwhelmed by the service. BUT after that without exception the staff were amazing. Picking up the vehicle was so easy and convenient. They'd missed me at the station, but immediately volunteered to pay my taxi bill. Calls I made to extend the hire, and hand back the car were handled efficiently, effectively and above all with sincerity providing a very pleasant and comfortable experience. They couldn't have been nicer when agreeing to take me back to a place a little out of the way. I would wholeheartedly recommend this branch of Enterprise, and the experience far far exceeded my expectations!!!

We've been using the Enterprise Durham branch every couple of weeks over the past 3 months, and they've been fantastic. Super friendly, cheerful, and ready to help. We've never had a bad experience there. We were visiting the UK and carless, so their pickup service was hugely helpful.

Absolutely cannot find fault. Always use them when I need a car. They are very helpful and friendly as well as efficient at finding a vehicle for your requirements at fairly short notice. I have a disabled daughter so need to accommodate her needs and wheelchair.

Good service as always. My only complaint is that I agreed with them an extended period of rental, paid for it up front then noticed they charged me again for it after i had returned the car. So check that you don't get double charged as i did. Possibly a simple mistake but it could cost someone a lot of money if they don't realise.

Hired a lovely Toyota Avensis from here in December last year. The staff were very friendly and helpful.. although there are the usual hidden extras that add on the £££'s..most annoying. These could be made much clearer when reserving your car online. All in all a good experience and the car was a joy to drive! Would definitely hire a car from here again..If needed.

What a nice and professional staff. I was involved in the accident and my insurance booked me a car from Durham branch. Make the story short between all the insurance and repairer and claiming and old finance ...ect.. enterprise was the only one did their job perfectly with no problem and delay or headache. It was extremely busy when we arrived; the staff were pleasant and attentive, Ali in particular took a lot of time to explain the procedure to us. I would have scored a 10 except there was no parking at the Enterprise location. Not something the staff can affect though!

Absolutely tiny 'car park', packed in insanely tight so it's not an easy task getting moved. Same can be said for the main building. Barely enough room for one person to stand between the desk & the window/wall so you're constantly having to move out the way for other customers or staff. Staff can't really be faulted though, very friendly and professional as usual. Just a shame about the facilities & location.

Got a brand new Toyota Corrola for only £85. It was an absolute steal! I asked the friendly advisor if he was sure, he said yes only £85 today. I was delighted as I was beginning to run late for my appointment at the hearing clinic. I've been driving it ever since.

Staff is fantastic just lacking for some help from assured guys. A bit understaffed and copping as they can. Mokka was pretty bad, but you will not find a person liking a Mokka anyways. Had some issues but they were sorted in very professional manner, and a young lad that picked the car up was a Star.

As often with Enterprise I got the vehicle with a tank that wasn't full. It was at maybe 20%. Since I don't know the size of the tank it's quite annoying trying to fill it back up to that exact level when returning the car. Friendly staff and the pick-up/drop-off service is always a huge help.

Some of the loveliest staff of a hire car company - this is the company and branch I choose for fairly frequent hires. Really important - if requested they collect the driver and deliver afterwards which is a huge benefit
