The staff were friendly, polite and operated efficiently under stress, however we waited almost 2 hours upon arrival (at our booking time) until a car was brought to us from another location. There were a few people in the queue in same boat, some of whom had to settle for a manual over an automatic. Fortunately we had an open itinerary for the day, but this could be quite stressful for anyone with a booked activity. The car itself was in great condition, was modern and we had no issue upon returning the vehicle. Perhaps consider booking at the airport though if you have somewhere to be that day…

We recently did a car hire from the Inverness Scotland location and were scheduled to return it to the Edinburgh airport location. Our mapping searches for the airport location failed and we ended up at the Edinburgh Corstorphine office a bit frazzled. We were able to drop the car at this location, but needed to figure out how to get back to our hotel via public transportation. Even thought they were busy, an employee offered to drive us back to our hotel. I didn't catch her name, but that was service beyond what they needed to do. Because of this experience, I will continue to use and heartily recommend Enterprise to others. Thank-you.

Enterprise are a group of highly polished professionals who are polite and friendly. Each time I hire a vehicle, usually a van, its either new or one year old, immaculate and filled with fuel. I always insure it for everything so if I do have a scrape or a bump I don't have to pay too much. Also for me its 5-minutes walk from my house so very convenient.

When I visited this branch the staff member informed me that there were no cars available that day. He done this in a polite and professional manner. I went outside and phoned another Enterprise branch, but as I was on a busy road I could hardly hear the conversation so I walked back into the branch where I had just left. In short, it would have been good if they offered to try another branch for me, but maybe they don't do this service. They ended up calling up the branch I had called and a car was sorted out for me. I returned the car back to the Corstorphine branch and the return was fast and efficient. Within 5 minutes I got a phone call to say I had left my sat nav in the car and we sorted that out. Thank you for being so honest here. Would of been 5 star if they could try another branch for customer. Would definitely recommend this branch.

Professional and friendly service. Good prices. The additional damage waiver lowers the excess from 1000£ to 100£ and not to zero. This information was not shown at the online reservation. Remember to do a detailed inspection of the car before signing the contract!

The center was quick and friendly in providing the vehicle. The car was in near new condition and turned out to be big win for us as we had booked for a manual SUV equivalent to Volvo XC60 but got an automatic Jaguar E Pace.

Overall good service. I made a mistake of misfuelling for which I paid which is not covered in insurance. But had to wait on the road side from 19:18 to 23:45 for the recovery truck to arrive :-(. So good service from Edinburgh Corstorphine but let down by crappy Enterprise recovery even after paying full insurance. I did not want a replacement but just wanted to hand over the misfilled car for which I was not given proper assistance and had to wait 5 hours near the petrol pump.

We recommend taking out full risk insurance. The car very well too. They gave us half a tank of petrol for making us wait ten minutes after the agreed time.
