I was happy about the accurate report I received. My car now seems to be running fine and smoothly after the servicing. The problem I reported about the noise coming from the back wheels has now been resolved and I'm very happy about it. I was only a bit disappointed about having to return the car to the garage immediately after driving out of the gates, as I noticed a light on the dashboard notifying the low pressure of the back right tyre. However, this issue has been resolved as well.

The Renault gentleman called me the night before collection to say what time he would come. He came at the correct time and had my driveway gates open before he rang my doorbell. I was texted and Emailed about the car’s progress, and a copy of the checklist of my car’s condition. My car was returned to me all clean and shiny, and the man drove it into my drive and closed the gates for me. Excellent service. I have been a Renault Edinburgh customer for decades, and have always had excellent service.

Has kept me updated on the cars progress and even took the time this morning to have my car’s personalisation set up and even remembered I wanted the ambient lighting to match the car colour. He is so helpful and takes time to show you around the car and it’s features and gives plenty of time to ask questions.

It was fab that they picked up my car and brought it back as I'm disabled and would have been tricky if I needed to drop my car off at the garage. Overall it was a great service they provided. I bought my daughter a Renault Twingo 6 months ago and had to get a intermittent light fault repaired under warranty, which was fine. However, when it was up on the ramp getting a MOT recently, it was found that part of the undertray was missing, which you wouldn't have seen just by looking at the car. Well past it's 3 month warranty period, but I contacted the service dept., thinking I'll really have to argue my case here. Got Sandy on the phone who asked me to email some details in, which I did. He got back to me within the hour, said the garage would take responsibility for the repair and he'd order the parts. Parts came in a few days later, Sandy told me to bring the car over one Saturday morning and they did the work there and then while I waited. While many companies default approach is to initially deny responsibility and hope you won't argue their response, this certainly wasn't the case here and their customer service was excellent.

I haven't been out of the house much since the pandemic struck so was a little nervous coming to a car garage. The team were delightful and everybody was wearing PPE and I found ample hand sanitiser. I dealt with a young gent called Euan and he spent 2 hours with me outside showing me inside multiple vehicles until I found one which suited me best. Every car was sanitised before and after entry which put my mind at rest and made the whole process safer for me. I ended up purchasing a Mitsubishi ASX which was in great condition and low mileage. I was very happy with the part exchange price and managed to take the car away same day which was ideal as I lived far away. This branch offers 5 star customer service, I was interested in their cars they had for sale and popped into their branch to view their Renault cars. The workers here are very warm and friendly. I was then interested in a megane they had for sale, i took it for a test drive and then sat down to view quotes with a very great employee called Elizabeth. I must admit that I wasn't keen on going here after reading the online reviews. However, it was on our way home so we just popped in. I was blown away by how professional and helpful they were. Alan Cameron met us and answered all our questions thoroughly. He was knowledgable and friendly without making us feel like we were being pressured into a sale.
