Enjoyed our driving trip around Scotland. This vehicle was perfect size for all the twisty roads. The accessories were perfect for camping but we used it for a back up plan and two planned camping stops. But the road trip was perfect. At anytime we could stop for a snack or boil some water for a cuppa. GPS via phone and vehicle worked everywhere. Picking up & dropping off vehicle was easy. Neil was very easy to work with and he explained things exceptionally. Only suggestion, plan to bring an air mattress for a better sleep. It’s camping worthy though.

We are quite easy going so we adapted to the circumstances but the van conditions were poor (if turning on the lights it made kindda short-circuit, one of the doors didn't open, the gas cooker wasn't working at all, etc). Overall we had a great time and we found solutions but it should be mention that the vans are not in proper conditions and the customer service received at Edinburgh depot was everything but friendly. The man was just obsessed with a full van interior cleaning on return when actually wasn't very clean when we picked it up.

I cannot say enough nice things about Wicked Campers Edinburgh! Customer service was amazing including a free upgrade on our van, a no drama attitude to us getting stuck in traffic and being late for our drop off time and going the extra mile to send my watch back to me after leaving it in the van. The van was great value for money and loved having the spray paint job as a talking point with people. If you are thinking of camper vanning your way around Scotland - this is the way to do it!

I had a great time last year hiring a van from these guys to take on the north coast 500 for ten days. What an experience, everywhere we went people would have a wee giggle at our van and it made the whole trip a lot more fun. Definitely recommend to all my friends who want to have a fun road trip away to hire from wicked campers!

My trip was awesome! However, when I picked up the van in the hottest summer last year (just before the fires) the air con didn't work as it wasnt gassed. I took it to a mechanic and paid for it myself (thank goodness for Google translate as I do not speak Portuguese or Spanish!). It was €80 and I had hoped I would get this refunded but didn't hear anything back from the company.

I have rented three times with Wicked. The first two experiences were good, van was good. Third time I had a issue booking because the company wouldn't honor a quote that they gave. I ended up booking with another company.

I have used wicked campers services twice. Once in Ireland and again in Scotland. Would highly recommend traveling with one of their vans if you're down for an adventure and okay with roughing it a bit!
